Grumbling For A Purpose!Mercy Lord!

Philippians 2:12  Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, 13 for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.  14 Do everything without grumbling or arguing, 15 so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky 16 as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain. 17 But even if I am being poured out like a drink offering on the sacrifice and service coming from your faith, I am glad and rejoice with all of you. 18 So you too should be glad and rejoice with me.

iron-sharpens-iron-and-one-man-sharpens-another-quote-1Okay, Lord! I heard you! I am working out my Salvation with fear and trembling, for it is you my Savior that works in me to will and to act in order to fulfill your good purpose concerning me. Yes, Lord! I don’t want to grumble or argue, I don’t want to complain either! I want to shine as stars in the sky for you said I am a city set upon a hill that cannot be hidden – Matthew 5:14.

Daddy, where has sound teachings gone? Why from your sanctuary? I mean the kind that feeds my spirit man, stirs me to confess and repent of the sins in my life. The teaching that I used to hear and get inspired to speak to others about you. Those teachings that fire me up to reach out to you more! Those teachings that reveal the deep-seated unbelief and doubt in my heart! Those teachings that open my eyes in worship to see the heavens open with angels descending and ascending like JacobGenesis 28:12? Those words inspired by your Holy Spirit that cuts through the barrier evil was and is trying to build in and around my heart! Where has it all gone?

I don’t want to grumble, but Lord, all I hear these days is one man or woman selling something on the pulpit! As one is selling their newest jet, car, house, another is selling the image of himself, herself, her husband, wife, in-laws, friends, and children! Others are selling their newest toys, beauty product, favorite past time, and all sort! Many are yet building a monument for idols in the heart of your people!  You said not to forsake the assembling of saintsHebrews 10:25!

What do I do Lord? What do we do? Many have fallen away. Many flee to a seemingly greener pasture only to find it a mirage! Many are hibernating with the danger of sleeping the sleep of death – for it is just a matter of time, a once blazing coal easily goes out if isolated! Oh, many more do not even want to come to your sanctuary anymore, deceived by the deceiver that it may probably be a joke! Unreal Lord! We, your children, thirsty and weary need you, we need an iron that sharpens iron – Proverbs 27:17. We wanna be transformed more and more Lord!

On behalf of my brethren and I, Lord, I ask, send help to us. Your work has been twisted to fan the fantasy of man, Father, send your wind! Let your Holy Spirit reignite the fire on your altars, on the altars of our hearts too! My soul is thirsty Lord Jesus, refresh me in your mercy! Be kind to me and my brethren, send us help, yes, from your sanctuary! Raise up Souls on fire by your Holy Spirit that will rebuild the broken down walls in your Sanctuary we pray Oh Lord in Jesus mighty name!

Shalom! Shalom! Shalom!

Open Wide Your Mouth! Psalms 81:10

What will the wicked not do to subvert the plan of God? Anything done for the glory of God will always come under attack of the devil.

OOOh! How much time has been wasted by many who have listened to strange voices? Voices of limitations, condemnation, persecution, accusation and all kinds of negative voice! You are unloveable, not good enough, not educated, too educated, not capable, not beautiful, too fat, too thin, too short, too tall, you don’t know the words, not enough understanding of the Scriptures, too young, too old, not married, single, separated, divorced, jobless, not rich enough, and so on!

I heard you, Father! I am just the perfect soul for what God wants to do! Everything about me, soul, spirit, and body is perfect! The circumstances and situation of my life? God said that is part of His plan! What a relief? I have let this hold me back for too long!!!  It is time for the doing! You heard right! No limit! I heard God even backs up troublemaker! I will touch on this soon.

The apostles of old were limited in many regards in that they were not educated, struggling in business, and maybe idle like Nathaniel who was found under the Fig tree in John 1:48 “How do you know me?” Nathanael asked. Jesus answered“I saw you while you were still under the fig tree before Philip called you.”

How do you measure up? What qualifies you to speak, live and act the word of God? Your degrees? I don’t think so! Except for the part that says “if you are thirsty come and drink, without money? Come and buy is a lie!

John 7:37 On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. 38 Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them. 39 By this, he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given since Jesus had not yet been glorified.

Isaiah 55:1 “Come, all you who are thirsty,  come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.

I have subjected my ears to those limiting voices for so long and too long! They were almost drumming out the still small voice of God in my heart. I had allowed them to discourage me to the point that I restraint from writing down what God is speaking to my ears and heart. I did not want some to think my writings was about them! Can you imagine that? My mouth is open Lord! Please fill it upPsalm 81:10

When the Lord had instructed that whatever he says to one, he says to all – Mark 13:37! God reveals things to us individually for our use first and for others. If your sermon, writing, words are not first for you, I doubt if you heard from God. God’s words should be a yardstick for you first before you can convincingly deliver it, and it becomes a word for the season for someone else.

Therefore, I repent today! I repent of disobeying the voice of God! I am not going to cherry pick and deliver again. Father, as you speak your transforming words to my heart, let it change me, and help me to deliver such as instructed. Help me not to look at the faces! But stay focused on you, my helper and friend!

Yes, Lord, I heard you! Those I am worried about are actually feasting on the words while I am worried of been misquoted. Please help me to live, write, and take action in love! I am too tough on myself, help me to be gentle so I can be soothing. I guess I am more critical of myself than The Word is of Me!

Thank you, Lord for the victory you have given me in my mind! It just a matter of time before I see myself mounting up with wings as eagles! This is so for you also friends! May you win the war raging in your mind. May all strange voices speaking to you be silenced in Jesus mighty name.

Thank you, Lord, for showing me that I am very good, good enough for what you have entrusted to me. Greater works you promised I would do if I remain in you! Thanks, Daddy Lord, my Father, God, Saviour and Lover! You shield, protect, provide, and support, my husband, my King, be magnified!

Shalom! Shalom! Shalom!

Do Not Fake It

Hebrews 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, 5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, 6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

Yet the Lord is merciful! The person that will not receive forgiveness is that one that refuses to repent and turn away from evil ways.

Is the Lord Jesus, pleasing him first place in your heart? You may have slipped! Like the prodigal, you can go home today, daddy is waiting with open arms. Yes, Jesus’s blood paved the way!

Pretending to still get things together without the inward witness of the Holy Spirit will only land one deeper into mire. Yet Christ Jesus is only a call away! I mean, why don’t you just quit faking it? Jesus cares!!!!

Get acquainted or reacquainted with The Word of God. It fails not! Never! Let the fire of the Holy Spirit ignite your Spirit and transform thee!

Shalom! Shalom! Shalom!

Really! What Do You See?

Do you see brightness, beauty, and joy? Do you see glory and honor? Or do you see gloom and darkness? Uncertainty and chaos? Who’s eyes are you seeing through? You must look through the eyes of faith– 2 Corinthian 4:18!

A personal relationship with the person of Jesus Christ will enable you to see the light. You shall see the hand of God in the present chaos in your world and the world!

May the eyes of our understanding be enlightened that we might see clearly Lord and understand the hope for which you have called us in Christ Jesus – Ephesian 1:18

You Can Talk! He Listens! He Will Act!

It’s that moment again! I don’t know about you, but sometimes, just to be sure, I ask God, “is that you?” You know those time when you are not very sure of yourself. I mean you know you heard quite alright, or maybe saw clearly, or better still something was impressed on your mind, a word from the scripture, a message stamped on your heart, beating so loudly!

Yet, you are like, is that you Lord? You know it is not from Satan, because you know He will fight to steal or tamper with whatever will be against him! Still, you want to be sure, it is not your head playing tricks on you. You want to be sure this is God. You ask, like many others before you for a sign. Like Gibeon in Judges 6, you want God to show you a sign that He is really the one speaking, and not a lying Spirit, the Spirit of error, or zeal motivated by self – what’s in it for me?.

Judges 6: 36 So Gideon said to God, If You will save Israel by my hand as You have said— 37 look, I shall put a fleece of wool on the threshing floor; if there is dew on the fleece only, and it is dry on all the ground, then I shall know that You will save Israel by my hand, as You have said. 38 And it was so. When he rose early the next morning and squeezed the fleece together, he wrung the dew out of the fleece, a bowlful of water. 39 Then Gideon said to God, “Do not be angry with me, but let me speak just once more: Let me test, I pray, just once more with the fleece; let it now be dry only on the fleece, but on all the ground let there be dew.” 40 And God did so that night. It was dry on the fleece only, but there was dew on all the ground.

In my case, I said to God, why are you keeping silent? Talk to me! I heard Him speak right away, not like in recent times, so I was like, is that you Lord?. He responded right away! So I said, show me a sign that you are the one really talking to me and not myself talking to myself! I do speak to myself! Crazy right? Well, my spirit talks to my soul and my soul moves my body as required. So I do talk to myself! You will catch that one day!

So the Lord asked me a question! What do you see on your horizon? I answered right away without so much as a thought. God said that is Me. You would not have been able to see what your saw without Me with you!

So friends, what do you see on your horizon? Can you see at all? Is it clear or blurry? Talk to God about it! He is readily available to calm your fears and strengthen you with might by His Holy Spirit in your inner manEphesian 3:16. You must be born again though! You must consciously cultivate a relationship with Jesus Christ. Ask Him into your heart, to forgive you and cleanse you of all unrighteousness. Tell Him to come and abide with you. Oh, friends, He really wants to be with you! Jesus Christ is the friend that sticks closer than a brotherProverbs 18:24. Talk to Him right now!

Shalom! Shalom! Shalom!
