If we have been with the Lord for sometime it should and will reflect in our character, for our rebirth is a transforming one.
Let us consciously allow The Word to work by the Holy Spirit on our soul!

Just think about who you are closest to when you feel alone! He sure will never leave nor forsake – Deuteronomy 31:6!

Jesus is always asking, what is it that you want? Matthew 20:21 What do you want me to do for you? Matthew 20:32, Mark 10:51 and many more.
This tells me that Christ Jesus is willing to help us. He is willing and ready to do much more than we could ever want or ask!
The question then is, do we know what we want? Do we really know what we want at every point in time? Are we specific as to what we want?
Some of us want what Mama Zebedee’s want – Matthew 20:21! We have actually positioned ourselves in that line, just waiting for the formality of Christ’s approval!
What do we really want? Is it for the glory of Christ Kingdom? Or ours?
Lord Jesus, what I really want this moment is for all in any kind of bondage to be set free. Be it self imposed, man imposed, demonic imposed, and systemic.
Lord Jesus, let every kind of imposed restrictions to your perfect will for your people oh God be destroyed in Jesus name. Let every shackles be destroyed and the prisoners be set free to fulfill their God given highest potential in Jesus mighty name. Amen
Acts 9 Saul met with Christ on the way to Damascus and that encounter made him to be temporarily blind, temporary because Ananias had been ordained to restore his sight.
Saul lost his sight and was led by his companions to Damascus, to the house of Judas where it has been ordained for Ananias to meet with him.
I wonder how many people, potential Saints, have been blinded by the awesomeness of the encounter they have had with the person of the Holy Spirit!
I wonder how many people, “leaders” have been blinded also, they have lost touch with reality, for they have “spent too much time” in the presence of the light!
And the companions, they heard the sound, but did not see anyone. Had they, instead of leading, informing, guiding, and instructing, they block information from Saul, he would not have become Paul, or maybe not. God always has back-ups! No one is indispensable!
Would reluctant Ananias be patient with the kind of sycophants hanging around our leaders today? Had Saul’s companion hindered Ananias from seeing Saul, he probably would have remained blind. Can you fathom that?
Nowadays, we have countless people that do not have solution or suggestions to temper a looming crises, yet they stand in the way of the solution bearers.
Father, I pray that you will be merciful to us. For as many of us standing in the way of what you are doing in our midst this season, Lord be merciful and help us to move aside, that your will may be done.
May we not resist the power that we should embrace, and embrace the force we should resist.
Pour out your Spirit afresh on us Lord. Let every scale covering our eyes of understanding be removed in Jesus Christ mighty name I pray. Amen

When talking about Jezebel, many people refer to the esthetics:
2 Kings 9:30 Then Jehu went to Jezreel. When Jezebel heard about it, she painted her eyes, arranged her hair and looked out of a window.
We need to talk about the wicked conniving, rallying of elders, and sane people to take another’s inheritance by force, killing him! 1 Kings 21
You may have become a target because of what heaven endowed you with! Your gifts, skills, your successes, your talent, your predisposition, your aura, and to sum it all up, God’s glory on your life!
Jezebel was a conniving woman, she was a gossip, a witch who will kill and maim anyone, great and small to get what she want, her way, and always!
Jezebel was a manipulator who succeeded in turning the mind of everyone in Jezreel against Naboth – 1 Kings 21. Everyone who knew Naboth intimately suddenly turned against him.
There are many Jezebel in our families, friends, communities, in places of authority, not only turning the hearts of people against each other, but also against God.
Is there a trace of Jezebel in you friends?
I am also checking myself for the heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it? Jeremiah 17:9

To those that are skilled in causing offense amongst brethren, Jesus knows he is exempted from paying taxes, but to keep peace, to avoid offending the collectors of the temple tax, He paid His tax!
