Advance Prep!

Okay Lord Jesus!

You said to me in Mark 10:27 that ” With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.”

I have left everything to follow you. I am asking you, “Teacher,” I want you to do for me whatever I ask.”

My request is ” Let me sit at your right in your glory.”

Jesus said to me, ” that I don’t know what I am asking”! Can I drink the cup Jesus drank and be baptized with the baptism He was baptized with?

Even then, that is, If I am able to drink the cup and be baptized with the baptism He was baptized with, to sit at Christ right hand is not for Christ to grant.

I have not even been bold enough to stand for truth, justice, fairness as He want me too, so what cup am I really drinking? What cup are you drinking?

The position, status, eminence, …. Is preordained!!!!

These places belong to those for whom they have been prepared.” Mark 10:40

What am I getting at here, there are “things” many of us are striving for, and against, that are already set in stone.

Many things have been prepared in advance of us that we cannot change, bend, override, or overrule. Ephesians 2:10

Our destiny:

The rulers of this dark age can tinker with it but they cannot change it. We must stay tuned up and turned on by heaven though!

Regardless of human maneuvering, what is ordained is ordained! Ask for mercy where you have erred and grace to stay on The Path!

Whatever you are asking for that is not ordained for you, heaven will never release no matter how many mountains you climb and the many sacrifices you are willing to give! You cannot buy your way out, or pay your way in!!

Hypocrisy! Idol Worship!

Daniel 3:13 to Daniel 4

It is ironic that we read the story of the three Hebrew boys refusing to bow before any other God other than Jehova and we celebrate them.

Come to the present, we label anyone taking a stand against evil, and worship of any human as rebellious and defiant. The present day believer has mastered the art of compromise to the extent of worshiping the created rather than the creator.

There will always be few brave ones with the Spirit of God like these Hebrew boys and Mordecai in the book of Esther that refuses to bow before strange gods come what may.

Nebuchadnezzar built a statue, some today have made gods of things and others. They will drop Holy things for you to pick up just to see you bow before them. Men and women reduced to “honoring” mere men, fearing them more than God Almighty Himself! Denying the scriptures but embracing the doctrine of man.

Any strange desire, and demand to be worshipped is not of God. It is a desire from the pit of Hell and should be resisted at all cost.

Anyone that has been elevated to gods in this life and are allowing others to worship them as gods be warned. It is a matter of time. Remember King Nebuchadnezzar!

You shall have no other gods before me. Exodus 20:3

You shall not worship any other God Exodus 34:14

I am the Lord your God, who brought you out if Egypt, out of the land of slavery. 7 You shall have no other gods before me. Deuteronomy 5

Who and what are you worshiping? …….

You can repent today. Worship the Lord your God and Him only shall you serve!

Don’t Subvert! Or Compromise!

There is absolutely not a soul that lent itself to the devil that will come out unscathed.

Before you go all out on the offensive, to subvert, carry out the dictates of demons, do yourself a favour, read the story of Judas in The Gospel! Matthew 26 from  verse 14 on.

And if I may suggest, watch Fallen by Denzel Washington. When the demons take over, they use and discards! What then?

Do not compromise good judgment for injustice to gain the whole world and lose your soul!

If you have to steal, kill, and destroy another to take hold, achieve your desired goal, working of ” miracles”, maintain status quo, and control, and the likes, you are nothing but an instrument of Satan for he is the one that have come to steal, kill and destroy – John 10:10

We will not be afraid for Christ Jesus our Savior has overcome and made a public spectacle of Satan himself – Colossians 2:15

Christ Jesus’s blood still speaks and is speaking right now for The Saints!

If you are not under the covering of The Blood of Jesus, the safest place to be is right here, in Christ.

Call upon Him today!

Bridge Into Destiny!

The writer of the script of your life put things in motion even when you were not aware you had destiny to fulfill!

Friends, Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you. Before you were born I sanctified you. I ordained you a prophet to the nations”. Can you beat that? No, I guess not! Destiny is been fulfilled even while you were in vitro. From your birth till this moment everything created has been moving you towards your divine purpose!

You see , you and I had to garner some experiences along the way, some pain, discipline, character, heartache too, here and there to prepare us for this moment! This moment that we just became aware of who we are as Christ redeemed, important part in the agenda of heaven! Everything that you have heard, seen and experienced is in the reservoir of armory / resources available to draw from to help another even as you move closer to ultimate fulfillment by the help of the Holy Spirit residing in you.

Every encounter with another is an opportunity to add into the armory of knowledge. At the time we might not know, think or imagine, but God knows.

Some years back, I had just had my son with some complication at birth. I was at a Church service and heard give your son to the woman behind you. I was like what? Give that child to the woman to hold the voice responded! I didn’t know who was sitting behind me, how can I just ask a stranger to hold my child? Countless thoughts bounced through my mind. Then I thought Oh! maybe she has anointing to heal my son in her hands, I quickly turned and held out my son and told her God said I should give my son to you, she streched out her hands and held him for a while and that was it.

You have a destiny to fulfill!  You have a purpose to achieve! Yes, there are countless waiting for that very first step! Wait a minute!!! Several steps have already been taken. When? Where? How?

Spiritual Warfare is initiated in the realm of the Spirit and only by the spirit of God can we discern before it comes to the realm of the physical. Spiritual Warfare starts from the mind before it manifests in the physical. The devil and his fallen angels as stated in the Open Heavens Devotional by Pastor E. A. Adeboye today says “Satan and his fallen angels are organized into a well-coordinated army that is skillful in carrying out devastating attacks on their victims.”

Blessings! A Hindrance?

How hard indeed for those of us self sufficient, high achieving, self absorbed individuals!

The Christian walk is a faith walk and only those with a faith like a child – childlike belief in the totality and simplicity of the gospel without embellishments that will reap the rewards of The Kingdom.

Lord, in your mercy make me a child in my faith. Help me to be logical but not to the point of trying to make sense of your Word.

Forgive me Lord for always questioning you. I mean every single time, I question and reason with your instructions, I mean you want us to come together to reason together, to wipe of our sins – Isaiah 1:18.

Let my intelligence, my skills, talent, and the wealth you bestow on me not stand in the way of my believing, and acting on your Word promptly I pray in Jesus mighty name. Amen

Get Over It! Self!

Jesus looked at him and loved him. “One thing you lack,” he said. ” Go, sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come follow me.” Mark 10:21

Jesus sees the pitiful state of our hearts and yet loves us deeply. We hold unto things so much so, that we lose focus of why we are saved. We must not focus on ourselves too much less we become an idol unto ourselves.

This is a call to step out of ourselves, to think, act, and live from the premise of “The collective”, God’s Kingdom.

Following Christ, being a Christian is a personal relationship with Christ, however, it is also for the good of the collective, to bring All people – Nations to Him.

Lord help us to step out of our own needs to look into the needs of others. Many are dying hopelessly Lord, help us to point them to the cross I pray.

Shalom! Shalom! Shalom!

Are You Good?

Mark 10:18-19 Why do you call me good? Jesus answered. No one is good – except God alone. You know the commandments:

…

Everything is summed up by your attitude, and behavior to others. How kind-hearted are you to the plight of others? How generous are you with what is yours? Your time and resources?

How easy is it for you to acknowledge something nice, and note worthy about another? Do you complement others goodwill?

The Simple things done on a daily basis, your actions and reactions tells of your “goodness”, a reflection of the fruit of the Spirit!

Take a look within, look up, and ask for help! Be transformed

Receiving The Kingdom!

“Let little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these.15 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the Kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” Mark 10:14&15.

Jesus then took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them.

What then are the characteristics of children?

Children are kind, generous, loving, trusting, moldable, flexible, sensitive, expressive, open, genuine, simple, void of pride, judgement, and manipulation.

Children are forgiving, do not bear grudges, nor gossip, or oppress, they are simply an image of what we need to be in-order to receive from the Lord!

Father Lord, let the child in each and everyone of us wake up to the fullness of your grace in Jesus mighty name Amen
