Friends, ain’t you glad Jesus Christ came? Where would you be without His love finding you and taking hold of you when He did? Why not thank Him and rededicate your life to Jesus today?

Maybe you don’t know Christ yet and would love to this moment. Great! Ask Jesus to forgive you your sins, ask Him to come into your heart, welcoming Him as your Lord and Savior. Ask Jesus to help you not to go back to those sins, believe in your heart that Jesus heard you and as you have asked Him, He will indeed help you.

Allow Christ In!

In today’s Open Heavens Devotional by Pastor E. A. Adeboye, Christ has released an open invitation for all burdened and heavy laden to come unto Him and He will give them rest – Matthew 11:28. “Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the Lord, “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool – Isaiah 1:18.

Once you answer this call and come to Christ He will wash you with His blood for without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin –Hebrew 9:22 And according to the law almost all things are purified with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no remission. Christ Jesus cleanses us all from all our sins and gives us a clean slate. We become a brand new creation. It does not matter the magnitude of your sins, witchcraft, adultery, fornication, murder, lying, false accuser, evil schemers, disobedience, rebellion, no matter what you have done or not done, the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses from all unrighteousness.

What a privilege and honor to find love so real, for Christ to die for us while we were yet sinners. Why then my friends will anyone neglect such a great Salvation. Hebrew 2:3 how shall we escape (damnation/judgment) if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him,.

Will you come to the throne of mercy today to receive the gift of a brand new life of peace, joy, victory and much more?. Will you ask Jesus to be the Lord of your life today? Friends, remember that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Everyone needs redemption that is Christ Jesus. Go to Christ today to have your sins washed away so you can begin to live a brand new life.

Trusting God!

Where would I be without the saving grace of the Most High? Had not our trust be in the Lord, what will the righteous say? No one by his own knowledge, power and anointing can save himself, no one can shield himself from the fiery darts of the wicked but for the Lord, for His mercy endures for ever.

The Lord is kind and merciful to all those who put their trust in Him. The Lord Our God is the Ancient of Days, the Bright Morning Star, the All Sufficient God, the Immortal, Invicible, and Only Wise God. If it had not been for this Magnificent God, where will you be? Where will I be?

And you out there still dilly dallying about making a decision to follow the Lord, I want you to know this moment you are doing yourself a disfavour. Why would you not choose life? Every soul is designed to live eternally, the question is where do you want to spend yours? Heaven or Hell? I bet you’ve seen enough hell in this world, all around is chaos, man’s inhumanity to man abound, minds been taken over by evil permeate every spheres of life. Why would you not choose to be on the Lord’s side? Come to Jesus Christ today! Confess and repent of your sins, acknowledge Jesus as the Son of the Almighty God who has given His life for yours to redeem your soul and reconcile you to your maker. Invite the Lord into your life today, speak to Jesus right now for He is listening. Jesus loves you!

Let The Word In!

Psalms 119:130 The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple.

The entrance of God’s word brings light and understanding. For the entrance of The Word to bring Light then, it is imperative to say darkness existed.  Darkness is a state of being where we are ignorant of who we are as Christ beloved, which makes us susceptible to seeking validation from others who are in the dark as we were. Once God’s words comes in and our minds begin the transformation process, we become a new being, full of joy, hope, faith,  grace and validated by the sheer death on Calvary’s tree – for God so loved the world that He gave His one 

psalms 18and only Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life John 3:16. We become lovely, gracious, bold, courageous and peaceful. There is no need therefor to look to others to define who we are. We no longer live under the bondage of oppression. We are redeemed and set at liberty to live a life that is pleasing to the Lord our God, who loved us enough to die for us.

Rejoice and be glad friends! We are more that conqueror through Christ who strengthens us – Romans 8:37.

Broken Vows!

Vows have been broken, hearts have been broken, pain and hurt unbearable. Dreams of ever after shattered, totally ruined and everything has become darkened. Looking around is chaos, darkness and everything is spinning out of control, you seem lost with no sense of direction! Anybody ever been here? Or may be knows anyone that has been? After all the drama and what not!  What next? Where does one go from here? Jump into the next available arm? Bed or what not. That’s not so.

Friends, seek healing!Seek forgiveness first from the Lord Jesus! It is easier said than done I know. After the shame of failure you have experienced, the rejection and loss of all that you hold dear and personal becoming public knowledge, twisted and convoluted, forgiveness is not what is in your mind. If you are a child of God, you will have many questions, you will doubt your salvation, you will doubt God for even daring to allow you go through all these! Oh yes! You will be lost and become unrecognizable to yourself also.

I can go on and on about the reality of broken vows, however I will leave it for a more opportune time. Friends, If you want to be honest with yourself, you had a part to play right. You might not know at the time but yes, it takes two to tangle. However, things does spring out of control and regardless, know that divorce is not an option. Our Lord Jesus frowns against it, Okay, hear me out. The scriptures is against divorce in it entirety, though the Law of Moses gave us an exception which our generation has embraced under the guise of the season of grace. Right! Leaving this also for another time. …. wait for it!

Right now, just the way you are go to the Lord, He knows what you are going through and will help you if you are genuine in your heart to follow His leading. God is more than able to make all grace abound towards you that your hearts and mind will be healed and made whole. Divorce is not a death sentence, there is still lots more afterwards, that is just a chapter of your life that God is still more than able to rewrite for His glory.

Are you out of one and already in another? Dont seek to get out! Come just as you are the Lord beckons. If you are not in any, don’t seek to go into another! Oh friends, the Samaritan woman is an example. Study her story and you will know that there is still yet more in you than the devil knows! You are a canvas in the hand of a Master Painter. You are a masterpiece in the making. Trust Jesus!
