Competition Steals JOY

Be very careful of competition! It will always deprive you of joy and happiness in what is already yours!

Do you know that no one else is like you, walks like you, talk like you, or can evoke an effect as you in the lives of the people in your life, or in any gathering!

Depravity of the mind can be cured! Seek healing!

You have your own aura, and no amount of negativity can affect that!

If you have to compete, do so with the version of who you were yesterday! Be better, do better, and be authentic!

Be conscious that there are people competing with you that you don’t even know about! Many are not happy with their lot in life!

Be civil! Stay focused! Love all! Hate no one! Watch who you allow to come close, stay close, and embrace!

Be smart! Remain joyful, and let your light shine!

Discernment! Prevent Errors!

It’s time to start questioning what you hear about others, those words that were dropped in your ears that made you to “hate” on your brothers and sisters, those remarks that have affected your disposition towards them in a negative way!

There are many from the Synagogue of the Freedman, who could not, and cannot stand up against the wisdom the Spirit has given Stephen as he spoke, and you as you live your life as best you can. Acts 6:10

They have stirred up other people against one another. This causes factions in families, Churches, community, and even in nations. A little unwholesome fire kindling hatred and division.

Do not buy into the murky waters of deception friends!

Pray for eyes that sees and ears that hears what the Spirit says.

It wasn’t what Stephen has said or is saying! It is about that which the Lord has filled him with, God’s glory, His Holy Spirit, and power! They could see it, and it’s blinding their eyes!

They do not want to see themselves in the light of God radiating through Stephen!

“”””Now Stephen, full of grace (divine blessing, favor) and power, was doing great wonders and signs (attesting miracles) among the people.

However, some men from what was called the Synagogue of the Freedmen (freed Jewish slaves), both Cyrenians and Alexandrians, and some from Cilicia and [the province of] Asia, rose up and questioned and argued with Stephen.

But they were not able to successfully withstand and cope with the wisdom and the intelligence [and the power and inspiration] of the Spirit by whom he was speaking.

Then [to attack him another way] they secretly instructed men to say, “We have heard this man [Stephen] speak blasphemous (slanderous, sacrilegious, abusive) words against Moses and against God.”

And they provoked and incited the people, as well as the elders and the scribes, and they came up to Stephen and seized him and brought him before the Council (Sanhedrin, Jewish High Court).

They presented false witnesses who said, “This man never stops speaking against this holy place and the Law [of Moses]; for we have heard him say that this Jesus the Nazarene will tear down this place and will change the traditions and customs which Moses handed down to us.”

Then all those who were sitting in the Council, stared [intently] at him, and they saw that Stephen’s face was like the face of an angel.”””” ACTS 6:8‭-‬15 AMP

May the Lord deliver you from every evil alliance. May the eyes of your understanding be enlightened that you might see clearly and understand the underlying cause of what you behold, hear, and perceive! May you not fall into error of stoning the righteous- Stephen, Naboath, and permitting the witch – Jezebel, and tbose of the Synagogue of the Freedman to live!

Against All! Grace Speaks!

You never know who is jealous of You! Read Acts 5:12-20

Those that should celebrate your deliverance from doubt and unbelief, your healings – emotional, physical, and psychological, may have not wanted that miracle to be yours, because of whatever!

But for God!!! Hallelujah!!!

The teacher of the law, if they were good men should be celebrating the good taking place before their very eyes amongst the people, but…

They were filled with jealousy! They tried to discourage, belittle, and maligne the Apostles!

But God?

He will always show up for You!!

Watch out, for as it was, so is, so shall it be!

There will always be those that will work relentlessly to douse your fire, your spark!

I found out that those with what seemingly looks “small” are not envious or jealous, they are content, while striving for more!

But those seemingly with ‘all’? Never content, never satisfied, always wanting to grab from the Naboaths, the David’s, the Mordecais, the Urriahs of this world!!!

At the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders (attesting miracles) were continually taking place among the people.

… the sick and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all being healed.

But the high priest stood up, along with all his associates (that is, the sect of the Sadducees), and they were filled with jealousy and resentment. ACTS 5:12‭-‬17 AMP

The Lord is leading you out of the box the enemy want to constrain you!

He leads You! And You! Yes!!!

“But during the night an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors, and leading them out, he said, “Go, stand and continue to tell the people in the temple [courtyards] the whole message of this Life [the eternal life revealed by Christ and found through faith in Him].”
ACTS 5:19‭-‬20 AMP

Discerning The Errors of The Heart!

delicaciesFriends, as the Lord prepare a table for us in the presence of our enemies – Psalms 23:5, so does the god of this world prepare vices – the delicacies of this world, unbelief, offence, love of money- self, pride of life, envy, adultery, fornication, slander, gossips, drunkenness, perverse desires, jealousy and so much more before us.

These vices chokes the seed /word of God sown into the field of our lives. This is the reason why it seem the Word is not working as it should in our midst. There has been lukewarmness and revival seems ancient. The body of Christ is bombarded by so much of the world that has crept into our midst. We have become slack in upholding the truth in love. We have become self seeking like babes when we are suppose to be matured bringing heavenly kingdom down on earth.

Unlike our Lord, the devils aim is to subtly deceive us out of our inheritance and cheat us out of eternity. We get distracted by all these vices so much that when we stand before our God, lifting “holy hands”, our hearts are seething with evil. our lips dripping with the blood of our latest victim of slander, so much evil clothed with fine linen on the pew. If only our thoughts can be projected on the screen in our various congregation! God sees all these, we deceive man, thank God we cannot deceive the Holy Spirit.

The Psalmist observation and prayer is “But who can discern their own errors? Forgive my hidden faults. 13 Keep your servant also from willful sins; may they not rule over me. Then I will be blameless, innocent of great transgression. 14 May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer. Psalms 19:12-14. This is the prayer of my heart Lord, help me and my friends in Jesus name.

The antidote is love, not hypocrisy, but genuine Christlike love. God is love and those who live in love lives in God and God lives in them. The essence of our being is engraved in love. Accept the unconditional love of Jesus Christ, let it renew your mind, transform and empower you and I to love, honoring God thereby. If you love you will not slander, commit adultery, steal, lie, kill and commit wicked acts. Come to the Lord today and rededicate your life to serving God in spirit and in truth. He loves you with an everlasting love.

God Seeks For You & I!!!

Are you aspiring to be like the Proverb 31 women? These are women of noble character, chaste, enterprising, God fearing, honest, loving, kind, faithful, compassionate and righteous species washed clean by the blood of Jesus. Sisters, we have it in us to be virtuous if we yield ourselves unto Jesus and allow His words to transform us to be vessels fit for Our Master’s use.

Virtuous woman has no room for gossips/rumor monger/tale bearer – she is a loyal friend using her free time to pray for her friends and spread the good news, backbiting – she sees good in others, jealousy – she is comfortable in her own skin, envy – she is contented and grateful with her lot in life, quarreling – she lives at peace with all men as long as it depends on her, chaste/modest – she respect and honors God with her body 1 Corinthians 6:20 and mind among other quality.

My dearest sisters in Christ, let us present our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God for this is our true and proper worship Romans 12:1. 

Our sphere of influence is vast giving us opportunity to make an impact for Christ in the next generation, if we start now and see our calling as part of raising those children God blessed us with as ambassadors of heaven. This is key to living out the legacy of Christ discipleship thereby preparing the way for the Lord Jesus second coming.

May the Lord forgive us wherever we have failed in the past and grant us more grace to live a life worthy of our calling, raising our children up in the way of the Lord, caring for our spouses and being Christ eyes, hands and legs to all that crosses our path in Jesus mighty name we pray.
