Eyes of Faith! Perspective!

Hebrew 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Looking through the scriptures, you my friends must have noticed that everyone that received from the Lord believed that He was able to deliver what He promised. It is faith in the capability of the Lord that will keep us in the place of prayer, service, and total surrender to the Will of the Most High. The Lord is faithful in all His ways. If He promised, He will bring it to pass. He is the Almighty Sovereign God, He knows everything before you and I ever dreamt of it. So relax!!!!

eyes-of-faith

That wonderful dream you have friends, will come to pass at the appointed time. The visions like that of Joseph, Daniel and Jeremiah that you have will and must be fulfilled for the Lord gave it to you. His mouth spoke it and His mighty hands shall fulfill it. You just need to do your part by believing and working in sync with the divine purpose for your life steps after steps. Be tenacious also in the place of prayers!

Trust God to bring to pass that which He has spoken concerning you for He is able that promised as written in Hebrew 10:23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.

Relax, rejoice, and follow your dreams. Dream more for it is attainable! Trust Jesus Christ!

Shalom! Shalom!

Trusting God!

Where would I be without the saving grace of the Most High? Had not our trust be in the Lord, what will the righteous say? No one by his own knowledge, power and anointing can save himself, no one can shield himself from the fiery darts of the wicked but for the Lord, for His mercy endures for ever.

I-trust-God-with-my-lifePsalms 31:19 How abundant are the good things
    that you have stored up for those who fear you,
that you bestow in the sight of all,
    on those who take refuge in you.
20 In the shelter of your presence you hide them
    from all human intrigues;
you keep them safe in your dwelling
    from accusing tongues.

21 Praise be to the Lord,
    for he showed me the wonders of his love
    when I was in a city under siege.
22 In my alarm I said,
    “I am cut off from your sight!”
Yet you heard my cry for mercy
    when I called to you for help.

23 Love the Lord, all his faithful people!
    The Lord preserves those who are true to him,
    but the proud he pays back in full.
24 Be strong and take heart,
    all you who hope in the Lord.

The Lord is kind and merciful to all those who put their trust in Him. The Lord Our God is the Ancient of Days, the Bright Morning Star, the All Sufficient God, the Immortal, Invicible, and Only Wise God. If it had not been for this Magnificent God, where will you be? Where will I be?

And you out there still dilly dallying about making a decision to follow the Lord, I want you to know this moment you are doing yourself a disfavour. Why would you not choose life? Every soul is designed to live eternally, the question is where do you want to spend yours? Heaven or Hell? I bet you’ve seen enough hell in this world, all around is chaos, man’s inhumanity to man abound, minds been taken over by evil permeate every spheres of life. Why would you not choose to be on the Lord’s side? Come to Jesus Christ today! Confess and repent of your sins, acknowledge Jesus as the Son of the Almighty God who has given His life for yours to redeem your soul and reconcile you to your maker. Invite the Lord into your life today, speak to Jesus right now for He is listening. Jesus loves you!

Psalms 84:10 Better is one day in your courts
    than a thousand elsewhere;
I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God
    than dwell in the tents of the wicked.
11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield;
    the Lord bestows favor and honor;
no good thing does he withhold
    from those whose walk is blameless.

12 Lord Almighty,
    blessed is the one who trusts in you.

No Stopping Him! The River Walk

In the many signs and wonders in my own life that I have witnessed, I know for sure that there is no stopping me.Christ is still working miracle through this earthen vessel. I remember almost 15 years ago, I had just had a baby, and in my six weeks postpartum it was discovered that I had a mass. I was scheduled for an ultrasound but before the scheduled day, I was rushed with severe pain into surgery, I couldn’t sign a waiver myself, my brother in law did. It was scary for they had found ovarian cyst on both ovaries pushing against every organ sending excruciating pain all over.

It was a terrible time but what follows can only be the hand of Jesus Christ of Nazareth at work. An ovary was removed and the other left to give me an opportunity to have more children should I want more. Friends, this was in Columbus, Ohio! I kept praying that God was able to replace that ovary and He did. Ask me how? Years after in Canada, I went to different hospitals and did several scan and no one believed my story of an ovary been removed, though the scars are there. Jesus had replaced it Himself. The recreative power of God at work in me. I have since gone through a lot of health scares and Christ Jesus kept proving Himself time and time again as my healer. Hormonal imbalance that would have stopped others having their monthly’s kept my cycle on schedule. I am indeed a wonder! The Lord has been very good!

Friends, as long as there is breath in your nostrils know that the Lord is at work in you. Fight the good fight of faith and give no room to the devil and his agents. They abound everywhere, to discourage and malign the presence of God in your life. Resist and stand fast for a notable miracle is been done in and through you. Look back and you’ll realize, you have really come along way. Rejoice friends and be glad, YOU ARE UNSTOPPABLE!

Many of the people who were with Mary believed in Jesus when they saw this happen. But some went to the Pharisees and told them what Jesus had done. Then the leading priests and Pharisees called the high council together. “What are we going to do?” they asked each other. “This man certainly performs many miraculous […]

Know The Lord Jesus?

Acts 14:1 Paul and Barnabas spoke so effectively that a great number of Jews and Greeks believed. But the Jews who refused to believe stirred up the other Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brothers. So Paul and Barnabas spent considerable time there, speaking boldly for the Lord, who confirmed the message of his grace by enabling them to perform signs and wonders. The people of the city were divided; some sided with the Jews, others with the apostles. There was a plot afoot among both Gentiles and Jews, together with their leaders, to mistreat them and stone them. But they found out about it and fled to the Lycaonian cities of Lystra and Derbe and to the surrounding knowing Godcountry,where they continued to preach the gospel………21 They preached the gospel in that city and won a large number of disciples. Then they returned to Lystra, Iconium and Antioch,22 strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith. “We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God,” they said. ……26 From Attalia they sailed back to Antioch, where they had been committed to the grace of God for the work they had now completed.27 On arriving there, they gathered the church together and reported all that God had done through them and how he had opened a door of faith to the Gentiles. 28 And they stayed there a long time with the disciples.

The gospel message spoken with love and truth has inherent power to transform the most depraved heart, present signs and wonders in the most unlikely vessels, in the most unlikely places.   John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. God’s love for you and I took Jesus Christ to the Cross. He died that you and I may have life and have it more abundantly.

Friends, with or without faith, there will be challenges. Life is a battle ground. There will always be something contending for your peace. However faith in the saving grace in Jesus Christ makes a lot of difference. In John 16:33 Jesus said “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Jesus Christ paid it all friends! Only in Him is hope, joy and everything that makes living life beautiful. Christ grace will make you to thread on your high places, go through storm but not drown, through the fire and it will not kindle upon you. Please if you do not have a relationship with Jesus Christ, now is the time to open your heart for Jesus to come in, He is always knocking.

Leap forward to the platform of grace and receive eternal life.

Jesus is Lord!

Trials of Faith! Examined Life!

soctratesThe unexamined life , here I believe refers to a life that has not been tested by adversary. I mean the kind of trials and tribulations that come to man like a tsunami. Trials that turns your life upside down, touching every area of your life and yet you are still faithful and loyal, joyful and rejoicing in hope, holding on and trusting God all the way! Every male will proclaim their manhood, but only when wrestling, fighting comes do we know who a man is – African proverb. The weakling will run when confronted with war, but the brave will stand the test.

When your imagination run wild and you become fearful of discomfort and you are incapacitated, what will happen when you actually confront the unspeakable betrayal of trust, loss of almost everything dear to your heart (Thank God for LIFE). When your core is shaken out of joint, what will you do? How will you react? Jeremiah 12: 15 “If you have run with the footmen, and they have wearied you, Then how can you contend with horses? And if in the land of peace, In which you trusted, they wearied you, Then how will you do in the floodplain of the Jordan?

It sure is easier to speak from the place of comfort, that’s right! Than a battlefield, in the midst of devastation, pain and uncertainty.

“”Faith, by its very nature, must be tried, and the real trial of faith is not that we find it difficult to trust God, but that Gods’s character has to be cleared in our own minds.”.“Trials of faith are difficult to bear: for they cause heaviness or depression of the mind.” Faith in it actual working out has to go through spells of isolation.Never confuse the trial of faith with the ordinary discipline of life. Much that we call the trial of faith is the inevitable result of being alive. Faith in the Bible is faith in God against everything that contradicts Him – “I will remain true to God’s character whatever He may do”. “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him” – this is the most sublime utterance of faith”” From the Open Heavens Devotional by Pastor E. A. Adeboye Volume 16, 2016.

Dearest ones going through any form of trials, please note this passage,read and meditate on it.  Hebrew 10: MSG 32-39 Remember those early days after you first saw the light? Those were the hard times! Kicked around in public, targets of every kind of abuse—some days it was you, other days your friends. If some friends went to prison, you stuck by them. If some enemies broke in and seized your goods, you let them go with a smile, knowing they couldn’t touch your real treasure. Nothing they did bothered you, nothing set you back. So don’t throw it all away now. You were sure of yourselves then. It’s still a sure thing! But you need to stick it out, staying with God’s plan so you’ll be there for the promised completion. It won’t be long now, he’s on the way;  he’ll show up most any minute.But anyone who is right with me thrives on loyal trust; if he cuts and runs, I won’t be very happy.But we’re not quitters who lose out. Oh, no! We’ll stay with it and survive, trusting all the way.

May the peace of God that surpasses all understanding flood your hearts and mind.  I pray that the Lord will strengthen you in your inner man, by His Holy Spirit, that Christ might dwell richly within you so you might know the hope for which you have been called in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Shalom

Trust The Lord Jesus!

psalms_33_21--close-800x800

Psalms 33:8  Let all the earth fear the Lord; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast. 10 The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect.11 The counsel of the Lord stands forever,The plans of His heart to all generations. 12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,The people He has chosen as His own inheritance. 13 The Lord looks from heaven; He sees all the sons of men. 14 From the place of His dwelling He looks On all the inhabitants of the earth; 15 He fashions their hearts individually;He considers all their works.16 No king is saved by the multitude of an army;A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.17 A horse is a vain hope for safety; Neither shall it deliver any by its great strength.18 Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him, On those who hope in His mercy, 19 To deliver their soul from death, And to keep them alive in famine. 20 Our soul waits for the Lord; He is our help and our shield. 21 For our heart shall rejoice in Him, Because we have trusted in His holy name. 22 Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us, Just as we hope in You.

Shalom!
