All I have, all that I am, I give to you Lord. You are the reason why I am living, you woke me up this morning and you started me on my way. You Lord are a merciful God.The broken and contrite heart you do not despise.

Thank you for forgiving me of unbelief and doubting you. How could I even doubt you that created the heavens and the earth? You set a parameter for the seas, you know the measure of the grain of sand in the sea shores and yet call me by name. Who am I? You know me and have called me the apple of your eyes, your priced possession. The seed of Abraham your friend. Wow!! ………. Speechless!

How can I thank you enough? How do I show my love and appreciation for your faithfulness? Awesome you are Lord from everlasting to everlasting. Majestic in holiness, always doing wonders! Be magnified Oh Lord, the ancient of days, immortal, invincible, the only wise God.

Your love and mercies abound Oh Lord to all who will come to you for they will not be cast out. Just as I was, I came and you embraced me with your tender mercies, your loving kindness restores my heart and hope. You gave sight to my eyes, hearing to my ears, you put a new song in my heart, a song to the God of my Salvation. My heart dance to your love song Lord, glory be to your Holy name.

joy-like-a-riverFriends, will think about the goodness of God towards you, and all He has done for you. Will you release your soul to shout hallelujah, praise God for saving, preserving and upholding you by his righteous right arm.

What? What? You don’t have a clue? What is all this about? Friends, it is by the mercies of God that you are not consumed. No matter what you are going through, know this for sure it could be worst, had it not been for the Lord. Will you give your all to the Lord today? Stop striving with your maker, He loves you! Yield your heart to Jesus today, let Him carry your burdens for He is the burden bearer for the redeemed. Accept your need for a Savior, confess your sins and ask Jesus to come into your life today. Tomorrow may be too late. Today is the day that the Lord has made, rejoice and be glad in Him. Salvation is here today, in no other but Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Reach out to Him today for He cares for you! Yes He does.

1 Samuel 17:37 The Lord who rescued me from the paw of the lion and the paw of the bear will rescue me from the hand of this Philistine.”

Life is in seasons friends!  Whatever season you are presently in, remember the Lord your God and worship Him. He who was there in the season of scarcity, is in the midst of your plenty. He was in the midst of war, shielding and protecting and is still there in the midst of peace, stroking the back of your neck. This God is the Most High God, that rules in the affairs of men. He is ever faithful, only constant, always on time.

You see, while David was taking care of the Fathers herds, lions and bears came to steal,kill and destroy, but the Lord delivered him. There was no trophy, there was no applause but he knew for sure that if it had not been for the Lord, he would have been forgotten. Facing Goliath was not so scary after all. This was standing for the Most High God who had delivered him in the wilderness. How can he standby and this awesome God is defied by an uncircumcised Philistines? That was too much for David to take in, He did not volunteer because of the reward but to silence and end the reproach and ridicule thrown upon the armies of the Most High God.

What is that situation in your life causing you shame, reproach and is ridiculing you – your maker? What situation is defying the grace of God upon your life? Friends and family have called your faith in Jesus Christ into question, slandered your faith in God – why hasn’t he shown up for you? Foes have requested evidence of your faith. Where is your God?- echoes all around you.

Too many questions you cannot answer, and many unanswered questions of your own. But, but, you know deep down within you that God loves you and is working out something wonderful for you. You know all things will work out for your good. You know without a shadow of doubt- God is working it out for you, he’s working it out for you.

Be assured that God is indeed working it out for you. Stop listening to the skeptic, turn a deaf ear to jeers, keep calm, God is working it out for you. He that made sure you did not fall into that ditch, the trap set by Satan himself will not let you be overwhelmed by that situation. God kept you alive, think of the near misses and you will realize there is a higher and greater purpose for your life. God is working it out for you. 

This situation will pass, the storm will not sweep you off, Christ Jesus is in the midst of the storm, holding you, He is your anchor, hold on friends. Christ had done this before, remember that situation few years back, or was it months, probably weeks, yes that situation He maneuver you out of? He is the same yesterday, today and forever! He will show up for you and glad you will be!

Put your trust in the Lord friends for He cares for you. Shalom
