I was having small talk with a dear brother last night. We touched many topics and dwelt more on the joy of the Lord. I then proceeded to talk about the experiences I have been having that I needed more understanding about. You see friends, regardless of what was on my mind when I go to sleep at night, I seem to wake up with joy. I might have had issue that kept me up at night or bothered me before falling asleep and so on, however when I wake up, it’s like the spirit of joy comes in, for whatever reason, right on the bed, I feel joy, even while I haven’t even said good morning to my Savior. I’ve asked myself, why am I joyful in the midst of some …. you get me?
The revelation I caught yesterday was that, as the Sun rises daily, it brings the dawn of a new day, new idea, insight, fresh burst of joy – ha ha! That is it, I said. It never did occur to me that way. That the Lord brings me fresh flow of joy, peace and love each day the moment He wakes me up to a brand new day! Isn’t that something? As long as it is called today, the Lord gives us opportunity to begin afresh, renew our strength and be reinvigorated to be all that we are meant to be.
So also as we end this year of God’s visitation, and embark on another, the year of the manifestation of God’s presence like never before, let us set aside every self made limitations, generational limiting factors, every form of bondage and hindrances. Let all belief of impossibility end with 2016 as 2017 rolls in with fresh burst of joy, peace, love, new ideas, new insight, courage, confidence, trust, unity, understanding, faith in The Word and much more.
Lay aside friends, all those issues of the past and get ready for the Lord as He unfolds His wonderful, excellent, beautiful and lofty plans for you and yours this new year. You will give birth to your dreams, your ideas shall take up wings, your land shall be fruitful this new year, abundance of all that pertains to life and godliness will locate you this year, you will mount up with wings as eagle, Oh how strong you will stand, your voice shall ring out with authority and the foreigners shall hear, tremble and come out of their hidden places, you shall speak and it shall come to pass, everything shall fall for you in pleasant places, as you thread down to ashes opposition, accusation, condemnation and every form of limitations.
The glory of the Lord is risen upon you friends, as the Sun rises up daily so shall fresh oil run down your head as you dwell in God’s presence. Make the feet of Christ Jesus your abode and experience what your minds is yet to comprehend.
