Happy New Month Friends
I implore you to to examine your perspective to life friends. Your joy, happiness and fulfillment depend greatly upon it. There is no wrong or right way, it all depend on what kind of life you want to live.
You see friends, a barren woman, after being ridiculed year after years, praying, and waiting for a miracle finally had a son. Congratulations! Wonderful you will say right? Well, that is great! However, this woman made an observation and it reflected in her prayers. This got me thinking!
You see, Hannah was her name. She finally got a child. Fantastic! She went on a frenzy praising God and so on. She noticed that someone was not happy and made mention of that person.
There are many people with truck loads of blessings that are still miserable. You wonder why? I mean, look at the statistics of people sad and with depression all over. It is alarming. And this in advance nations with seemingly everything, comfort, care, safety. and abundance!
Those who were full hire themselves out for food, but those who were hungry are hungry no more. She who was barren has borne seven children, but she who has had many sons pines away. 1 Samuel 2:5
You see Hannah? She saw possibilities in that one son she has. She made a pledge even before conceiving that if God answers her prayers, she would give that child back to him. She knows that whatever is given to the Lord multiplys! Peninnah on the other hand has had many sons and never felt it necessary to give one back to the Lord. The moment Peninnah saw Hannah rejoicing for that one thing she has been blessed with, her own sorrow began.
Perspective is key to your happiness friends. The bible says rejoice with those who are rejoicing – Romans 12:15. You need to know that someone’s joy, gift, blessings, rejoicing etc is meant to evoke same in you, it should remind you of God’s faithfulness to you. It should remind you to thank God, not to start comparison which many times leads to being miserable.
Why should someone’s happiness cause you grief? You have been comparing yourself and marking that list in your mind right? Taking stocks of what you have that the other person does not have? This is the only thing that has been giving you joy? You need to stop! The fact that someone is lacking in an area that you are blessed with has been your only joy? Repent!!
Change your perspective. Stop comparing yourself. You are unique in more ways than you know. And the Lord has blessed you and will bless you more than you could ever think or imagine.

Count your own blessings, name them one by one, and you will see that you are blessed and highly favored. Whatever that is lacking can be provided. Thank the Lord for what is already in your hands.
Do not be like Peninnah that became miserable because of Hannah’s Samuel! Thank God for your many blessings! Stop the comparison.
Many times over we run here and there, looking, searching for something, someone, an experience to satisfy our innermost cravings.
We search for that which has always been. The voice of the Spirit of life within us, for it has been with us before the foundation of the world was laid.
This is the ultimate peace and joy, and it has ALWAYS been within us, and our reach if only we had learnt to listen, and pay attention to that inner voice.
The Spirit beckons you to come this moment. Lay your heart bare before your maker. Ask Him to touch you where no hands can. He’ll hold you close and give you His peace, peace like a river.
John 14: 27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Allow the peace of God to rule in your heart – Colossians 3:15
Only then will you finally find what you have been looking for within you.
Rest In The Lord, Confidence In Jesus, Hope of Ultimate Perfection, Assurance Of Salvation, Home In Your Savior, and Walk On Eternal Path amongst many.
“The mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the saints. -YOU
To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, WHICH IS CHRIST IN YOU , THE HOPE OF GLORY.”
Colossians 1:26-27

Presenting a transformed you to your world.
I believe being born again means reintroducing ourselves, our new being in Christ to the world.
When there is no difference between us and the world other than the words we speak, then we cannot impact the world, try as we may.
The world knows words are cheap.
However, acting out The Word, seeing a transformed being cannot be explained away! This is what can change the world
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Change the world one person at a time starting with You! Your good self!
Shalom!
There are many voices speaking daily to us. We speak to ourselves, and many more speak to us, our spouses, sponsors, children, friends, religious leaders, secular leaders, and so on.
Wisdom demand that we sift through what we hear, and take hold of that which nourishes our soul.
Every and any word spoken that gives you unholy sorrow or is contrary to what God says about you, you must reject right away. Do not give room for such words, regardless of the guise in which it was spoken a resting place to alight in your mind.
What has God spoken concerning you, your life’s situation, and circumstances? What are you hearing left right and center? Just because the prophecy is spoken by all and sundry does not make it The Truth.
You need to remember Jehoshaphat in 2 Chronicles 18 – all 400 prophet prophesied the same thing and they were all wrong. Measure words with The Word of God.
At a point Jesus had to rebuke Satan speaking through Peter. Matthew 16:22b This shall never happen to you! How many good things, godly things have the naysayers say will never happen to you? Rebuke it!!
Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.” Matthew 16:23
By now you should know there are some Peters around you that need to be rebuked, from the pulpit to the bedroom, the statehouse to the classroom, and even in your own head!
Rebuke every voice that is not speaking the concerns of God in your ears. You have the power and authority to rebuke! Use it!!!!
Death and life is in the power of the tongue – Proverbs 18:21
Shalom!
Freely you have received, freely you should give!
Do you have joy in your heart? Bless someone with a smile this week. Food on your table? Clothe on your back? Extend a helping hand this week. Be nice!!
If you’re a hard worker and do a good job, you deserve your pay; we don’t call your wages a gift.
But if you see that the job is too big for you, that it’s something only God can do, and you trust him to do it—you could never do it for yourself no matter how hard and long you worked—well, that trusting-him-to-do-it is what gets you set right with God, by God. Sheer gift.
Romans 4:4-5 MSG
This is Salvation, uprightness, righteousness, joy, peace, and much more like discernment, wisdom, beauty, contentment, and life itself is a gift! No amount of money can buy you those!

Marriage mirrors God’s covenant love for us as in the union between Jesus and His church.
God’s purpose or intention for marriage is companionship that reflects His love.
God is not alone nor does He want us to be alone. Learn to live out the capacities God designed for you and bring them into your marriage.
Sacrificial relationship leads to deep and lasting love. It’s what makes marriage not easy, but safe.
Respect and appreciate each other with kindness and understanding.
We all have different gifts that we bring into relationship. No two marriages look alike. What’s good for one may not be good for another.
What matters are not external appearances, but rather heart issues.
Working out our life issues in a covenant relationship is the safest place for transformation.
No one will speak truth to you like your spouse.
Marriage is the crucible of life transformation.
Does your marriage mirror God’s love?
