1 Thessalonians 5:16 Be joyful always; 5:17 pray continually; 5:18 give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

How Long More? Rise Up!
Mark 9:14 – 29 When they came to the other disciples, they saw a large crowd around them and the teachers of the law arguing with them. 15 As soon as all the people saw Jesus, they were overwhelmed with wonder and ran to greet him.
Jesus asked and responded as follows:
- “What are you arguing with them about” he asked – verse 16
- “You unbelieving generation,” Jesus replied, “how long shall I stay with you? How long shall I put up with you? Bring the boy to me.” verse 19
- “How long has he been like this?” – Verses 21
- “‘If you can’?” Said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes,” – Verse 23
- “You deaf and mute spirit,” he said, ” I command you, come out of him and never enter him again.” Verse 25
26 The spirit shrieked, convulsed him violently and came out. The boy looked so much like a corpse that many said, “He’s dead.” 27 But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him to his feet, and he stood up. 28 After Jesus had gone indoors, his disciples asked him privately, ” Why couldn’t we drive it out?”
- He replied, ” This kind can come out only by prayer.” Verse 29
Think about this friends:
How long have you been arguing with the issues of your life? You have been going back and forth, negotiating, compromising, and yet no solution in sight.
How long are you going to continue in this situation? How long are you willing to put up with the unbelief in your heart? The impossibility whispering in your ears! Why will you not take it to the Cross? Be determined to rise up!
Think about it! How long have you been like this? How long more are you willing to remain the same, going around in circle without remedy?
If you can conceive it in your heart, precipitated by love for God, love for others and love for yourself, it is attainable. Everything is possible for those that believe.
You then need to/ have to cast down everything that has raised itself up against the backdrop of the Word of God, the plan of heaven for your life, and your freedom in Christ Jesus. 2 Corinthians 10:5
Stand upon The Word, I say again, stand – Isaiah 40:8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

Prayer! Praying Like Daniel!
- Oh Lord, my God, help me to turn from my iniquities and to understand your truth in Jesus name – Daniel 9:14
- Abba Father, you are righteous in all your ways, help me to obey your voice – Daniel 9:14
- Oh Lord, according to all your righteousness, I pray, let your anger and your fury be turned away from me and my father’s house – Daniel 9:16
- Oh Lord, my God, hear my prayer and supplication, let your face shine on me and my father’s house – Daniel 9:17
- Oh, my God, incline your ear and hear, open your eyes and see our desolation and for your great namesake restore us for we do not present our supplications before you because of our righteous deeds, but because of your great mercies – Daniel 9:18
- Oh Lord, hear us! Oh Lord, forgive us. Oh Lord, listen and act! Do not delay for your namesake, my God, for I and my father’s house are called by your name – Daniel 9:19
- Father give me skill to understand, for I am greatly beloved of you, give sight to my eyes that I may understand the vision you reveal – Daniel 9:22 & 23

Praising God In Difficult Situation!
Acts 16:25 About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them. 26 Suddenly there was such a violent earthquake that the foundations of the prison were shaken. At once all the prison doors flew open, and everyone’s chains came loose. 27 The jailer woke up, and when he saw the prison doors open, he drew his sword and was about to kill himself because he thought the prisoners had escaped. 28 But Paul shouted, “Don’t harm yourself! We are all here!”
Paul and Silas, having been stripped and beaten with rods, were severely flogged, and then thrown into prison, yet, they prayed and sang hymns unto God. How could they sing, I mean pray unto God who did not send a whirlwind to disperse their accuser? God left us to be humiliated, why should we sing hymns unto Him? This was not questions, not even a thought for these men. They were too far gone in their faith to consider such! “Though he slay me, yet will I hope in him; – Job 13:15 must have been the thought in their hearts.
Friends, how often do we encounter discouragement in our walk and we lose heart. We suffer for our own mistakes and deprive God of quality worship. May we not be replaced! Regardless of what is going on within and without friends, let us endeavor to pray and worship God, for He deserves it. Do you know that your worship in difficult circumstances is a reflection of the depth of your trust in the Lord? You will make a better witness, and produce a finer testimony than when in fair weather.
When you pray and praise God in any situation, God moves, He steps into the situation, for He inhabit the praises of His people – Psalms 22:3.
Lord God Almighty, we praise and worship your holy name. Holy Spirit, help us to pray, praise and worship God in spirit and in truth. May we live daily to worship you in obedience and in reverence in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen

The Principal Thing Has Friends!
Wisdom is the principal thing, humility and empathy are its friends.
Change Required! Now!!!!
It is time to revolutionize the way of thinking in this present dispensation. Time for a paradigm shift!! Change is required, change is needed, change is here, change is welcome!!!! Change is here to stay! Embrace change! Change is good!!!!
We must sift through the recess of our minds and uproot those seeds planted long ago that is not bringing forth desirable fruits. We must do some rearranging, cultivate and consciously plant fresh, new and viable seeds to sustain this next leap on the journey of life.
As an individual we all need this as we have been conditioned by many factors. As a body we do need change to get result – the “unchurched” to be “Churched” Our world demands it if we are going to reach it for the Kingdom of our Savior Jesus Christ! We need change to remain relevant!
Let the Holy Spirit revolutionize The Church one soul after another Oh Lord! We need revival in our midst. Set our soul on fire Lord. Help your people!

Pray! Prayer! What Do You Do?
What do you do when you do not feel like praying? What do you do when you know God hears every word you say, yet wants you to talk to HIM about your needs and you have, but it seems nothing is happening?. What do you do when you are just tired? You are not quitting, just tired? Still pray the bible says! 1 Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing!
Pray without ceasing? How can I pray when my heart is aching? How can I pray when nothing seems to make sense, though I know I am in your will Lord? How can I pray through this misunderstanding, betrayal, lies, manipulation and outright wickedness? Lord what do I do? I know Lord that you are faithful and full of compassion! I know you love me with an everlasting love, but I don’t feel loved right now! I want to feel your warm embrace but all I feel right now is the jab of an elbow, a right upper cut close to my heart! Lord I am aching, will you soothe me please! Is that your cry friends? Maybe not this intense, but close right?
Sing praises my friend! Praise God for His faithfulness. You see friends, whatever you are going through right now does not change God’s love for you. Neither does it change who God is! God is forever faithful, merciful and full of compassion, not only to the sheep in His barn but to those others. Therefore praise God for His constancy, omniscience, sovereignty, for that is Who God is and He only can help you! Talk to God my friends, He is nearer than you feel and He is listening! Let God know how you feel like you would talk to a close friend, spouse or parent! God wants to hear you speak to Him about everything.
Open up this moment and humbly share your thoughts, heartaches, and all with your maker. Christ is the burden bearer and wants to take that load from off you. Lay it down at this feet this moment- Matthew 11:Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” Jesus also prayed to the Father about YOU and I in John 17! Pray!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank God for your life, all the nitty gritty of living, for your ups and downs for they have helped to shape your appreciation of God’s awesomeness. Thank God for being God! He is a good God regardless of what you are going through or happening all around you. God is good. Praise Him for your life, salvation and all. Without Christ saving grace where would you be? Now you know! Thank God!

Greatness untapped – Help Holy Spirit!!!!!!!!!
It is said that the greatest enemy of greatness is distraction. Distraction will make you lose focus of what is important, it will create doubt, unbelief and confusion the cost of which are – the list is unlimited:
A bestseller novels, books, and journals not written
A #1 on the chat album not released
An impact, positive influence in your family, community, society and globally
A powerful move of the Holy Spirit through you to jump-start a revival
A Grammy for best picture movie not made
A successful growing business empire not built
A much-needed/anticipated medical solution not researched / discovered
A beautiful love / life not nurtured, not shared
A home family not built
A child not given birth too
A friendship not sustained
A marriage not enjoyed
A career / business not built
A vision and revelation not pursued and prayed into manifestation
An endless mirage of might have been
Please prayerfully put a system in place to help you, something or someone who would channel you back to the original plan when you set out from heaven. Who better to do this than the Holy Spirit of the Most High God. You can draw up a plan, have sticky notes all over your house, car and office, alarm set for every hour on your cell.
Without conscious discipline distraction would still find a way through. This is where the Holy Spirit comes in. He is the spirit of truth and guides us into all truth. Will you let Him help you to stay focused on what is important, what is necessary to your walking in victory as ordained of God?
Friends, will you jump into the moment? Acknowledge that you cannot do it all alone and that you need His help, confess, repent, forsake all known sins – God is too holy to behold unrighteousness no matter how little we perceive it. Receive the righteousness of Christ Jesus and cultivate the presence of the Holy Spirit, let Him abide in you and with you.
Take this lifetime opportunity to build on the Rock, the immovable Rock of ages that never fails. Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, and forever world without end.
