Intimacy! He Knows You!All Nation!

Nothing is as soothing and calming to your soul as a being than to know that you are known, inside out and loved all the same. Your imperfection, weaknesses, inadequacies, all your shortcomings and much more is what qualifies you to be who you are! If you are without all those squirms, you actually are not qualified for a touch from him, Christ Jesus.

textgram_1536146280321811886.pngChrist came for the lost sheep of the house of Israel first, he gave the command to take away all squirms. Matthew 10: 5 These twelve Jesus sent out with the following instructions: “Do not go among the Gentiles or enter any town of the Samaritans. 6 Go rather to the lost sheep of Israel. As you go, proclaim this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.

Last Testament – Christ Jesus also said in Matthew 28:18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 1Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Friends, He knows you! Jesus knows you deeply! He knows all about you and factored you in before the foundation of the world was made. In all ramification, you are washed cleaned by his blood! You are made whole and complete in Christ – Colossians 2:10

Are you a Jew or a Gentile? All nation are called, all with physical, emotional, mental, relational and all sort of infirmities are called! This is the gospel!

Those that know this must proclaim so that those others will hear and come! John 10:14 I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me—15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep. 16 I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also.

Psalms 139:1 You have searched me, Lord,
    and you know me.
You know when I sit and when I rise;
    you perceive my thoughts from afar.
You discern my going out and my lying down;
    you are familiar with all my ways.
Before a word is on my tongue
    you, Lord, know it completely.
You hem me in behind and before,
    and you lay your hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
    too lofty for me to attain.

In Time Like These!

1 Kings 18:3-4 The All-knowing, All Seeing God put people in places to safeguard His inheritance – His interest, His beloved.

You are at that particular junction to safeguard an inheritance like Esther in Esther 4:11-17, and Joseph in Genesis 45:5.

Friends, are you acting in that capacity the Lord has bestowed on you?

Repent today and seek God’s face for mercy. May we all not be replaced by God. He is more than able to raise up stones in our stead – Matthew 3:9.

The Man/Woman Preferred Of God!

When God has chosen you, heaven and earth can do nothing except to oblige. The Lord will order your steps through the mountains and hills, the plains and the rough places for He is the I AM! He will guide you to your desired place.

The I Am will do wonders in your life that will baffle all including yourself. Note that you did nothing to attract God’s anointing, it was His prerogative to choose whom He will, and looking through the Scriptures and history, there’s none called by God without a hitch. For Saul, it was low self-esteem. He was taller than any of the people from his shoulders upward – 1 Samuel 10:23, yet he was so unsure of himself even after having been anointed secretly, and prophesying publicly, he hid among the equipment!

light in the clayNothing can hide you if God has chosen you. The failed marriages of the Samaritan woman did not hide her, it led her to the well that day. I know that there were many married women in that city. Many wives of the Pharisees, Sadducees and the Scribes, but none went down to the well to meet with Jesus. The facts of your life cannot stop you fulfilling what the Lord ordained for you either. Satan will whisper though, he will taunt you no doubt about that! Don’t allow your mind to play tricks on you, neither allow any human to limit you. Fight for your destiny. Resist till the end!

How often have you and I looked at ourselves and think, maybe God made a mistake? Every single Prophet and deliverer in the Scriptures thought so about themselves except a handful. God is not looking for perfection in human character or personality, He looks for the availability of the soul. Unfortunately human look at what can be seen with the eyes. Only the discerning can see as Samuel did and foretold accurately!

St Thomas Aquinas

1 Samuel 10:1- 11 Then Samuel took a flask of oil and poured it on his head, and kissed him and said: “Is it not because the Lord has anointed you commander over His inheritance? 2 …………….Then the Spirit of the Lord will come upon you, and you will prophesy with them and be turned into another man. And let it be, when these signs come to you, that you do as the occasion demands; for God is with you. You shall go down before me to Gilgal, and surely I will come down to you to offer burnt offerings and make sacrifices of peace offerings. Seven days you shall wait, till I come to you and show you what you should do.” So it was when he had turned his back to go from Samuel, that God gave him another heart; and all those signs came to pass that day. 10 When they came there to the hill, there was a group of prophets to meet him; then the Spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them11 And it happened when all who knew him formerly saw that he indeed prophesied among the prophets, that the people said to one another,What is this that has come upon the son of Kish? Is Saul also among the prophets? 12 Then a man from there answered and said, “But who is their father?” Therefore it became a proverb: “Is Saul also among the prophets?” 13 And when he had finished prophesying, he went to the high place.

Be encouraged and ask God to show you a true picture of yourself. Ask God to open your eyes to the secret things that will make a difference in your life, and help you to make a difference in your community like the Samaritan woman. — Culled from Open Heavens Devotional by Pastor E.A.
