Encourage! Not Discourage!

May the Lord raise up prophets like Elijah to allay fears and anxieties in the hearts of The Church. May I be that prophet that will pray unto the Lord to open the eyes of the people under my influence to see the power and majesty of the Lord. That Christ in them is the hope of their glory – Colossians 1:27, and not one that quenches the spirit of the people. Lord, I don’t want to play games with the very lives of anyone that crosses my path.

You are clothed in God’s glory, surrounded by light!

May I be that prophet that will inspire many to have faith in Christ Jesus, the author and finisher of their faith. Oh Lord, make me that prophet that will guide people to the radiance of Gods glory. Father, make me that prophet that will fan up the flame of confidence, courage, hope, and strength in the hearts of my hearers.

The spotlight is on you. The light of God’s countenance.

2 Kings 15 When the servant of the man of God got up and went out early the next morning, an army with horses and chariots had surrounded the city. “Oh no, my lord! What shall we do?” the servant asked.

16 Don’t be afraid,” the prophet answered. “Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.”

17 And Elisha prayed, “Open his eyes, Lord, so that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.

There are just too many discouraging factors and I don’t want to be so numbered. Father, let your truth guide me I pray in Jesus mighty name.

Shalom! Shalom! Shalom!

Perfect Wholeness!

Very Whole!

Praise God! Friends, we are complete in Christ Jesus. We were bought with a price, the precious price of the blood of God’s dear son Jesus Christ. We are not our own, we belong to Christ and as such joint heirs of the promise. We are beyond reproach! You and I are not permitted to go through life aimlessly.

Colossians 2:9-15 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, 10 and in Christ you have been brought to fullness. He is the head over every power and authority. 11 In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not performed by human hands. Your whole self ruled by the flesh was put off when you were circumcised by Christ, 12 having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through your faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.

13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, 14 having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. 15 And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

We have the mandate to dominate which was stolen from us, however, Christ purchase it and gave us full custody backed up by heaven. We should and must not be tossed here and there. Stand firm and exercise your authority, trusting God to back you up.

There is a plan, there is a guide – the Holy Spirit will guide and guard our every step. You and I will not miss it. Take hold of Christ hands, let him lead you. Christ is asking, what do you want me to do for you? Mark 10:51. What do I want? One thing is sure across board, we all need clarity in every facet of life. Clearer vision? Yes! Depth of insight into the deep things of God. What is the next stage of life? How is it going to play out? Am I on point? On course? Have faith.

So then, just as you have received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. Colossians 2:6-7.

See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ. Verse 8

Most High God, please lead us and help us to keep our eyes on you with the assurance of the victory we already have. Let us not be distracted and cheated out of all that you have ordained for us.  Oh Lord in your righteousness, guard our every step from stumbling, keep us firm and strong in Christ Jesus name we pray. Amen
