Healthy Soil! Seed And You!

Where you are planted determines how healthy your spirit man is. In whatever location be assured though, the transforming power of the Holy Spirit can work, and will work in any and every situation to bring about a transformation, a fruitfulness that bears fruits.

Mark 4: 3-19 The sower went out to sow seeds, where he planted the seed determines the harvest. Some seeds died, some grew and were choked, and some grew and bore fruits.

Where are you planted? Are you growing spiritually? Are you being transformed? Do you sometimes look back in retrospect and say wow, I have come a long way? Are you really comfortable where you are? If Christ should call on you today, are you sure you have employed all He deposited in you for His glory and that of humanity? These are questions anyone that is heaven focused should be asking. The scriptures also enjoined us to examine ourselves – 2 Corinthians 13:

You do not have to change location friends, what you need to do is to engage the supernatural to affect and effect a change where ever you are. The earth is the Lords and the fullness thereof – Psalms 24:1

Isaac sowed in the time of famine, in the land of famine and yet reaped a hundredfold because the Lord blessed him. Genesis 26:1,12 This is divine intervention.

The Lord still rules in the affairs of man friends. Daniel 4:17 “‘The decision is announced by messengers, the holy ones declare the verdict, so that the living may know that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes and sets over them the lowliest of people.’

Just this last week, in a mall, a young man sat in an open space with others. His heart was heavy because of some event in his life. Then a person walked up to where he was seated, looking at everyone siting and stretched out his hands to this young man with an envelope. The envelope was folded and something was written on it.

To summarize, the words written says the recipient is blessed, that God has seen the heaviness of his heart and have sent this to make him smile, and that he is highly favored. On opening to see what was inside, it contained money, cash, I mean in a mall, in a “lowly” area of Town. God still send angels on errands friends. When he looked up from the envelope, this person was gone. How did God know? You mean God knows? And cares enough to send help? And in the most unlikely places and maybe, even vessels? Who was this person? An angel I believe!

Friends, wherever you are is the very place the Lord want you to be. Do not let anyone, anything, any situation nor circumstances push you out of that very space. Engage the supernatural!

The barren – unfruitful womb received life, the dead in the grave came out alive, dead bones became an exceedingly great army! Do not waver in your faith for God is able to even make that barren land fruitful and you will eat the fruit thereof! This is a guarantee only if you engage the supernatural. You are bound to take hold of all that is yours in this very land! Be fruitful!

The Road Less Traveled – Greatness!

Every being, well, most being wants to achieve great things. We want to leave great legacy, achieve feats, pioneer greatness in everything. As Christians, Christ followers, we want to be used by God as vessels of honor, battleaxe, sign, and a wonder. We desire greatness and pray always for the power of the Living God to manifest in our lives, through us, and much more.

God on His part wants to accomplish all these and beyond what we could ever think or imagine. The only clause then is, are we willing to yield ourselves totally? Are we able to go on the road less traveled? This is the place where our faith is tested, a wilderness, and a place where we see ourselves the way God see us, and realize we do need God’s help. This is the place where we are tempted the most, where the devil try to weary us so he can steal, kill, and destroy.

A faith untested,  and un-proving is not reliable, so is any one who has not been tested and proving by trials. To achieve greatness in life then, one must be willing to go on the road less traveled. The price may include so much as becoming a slave like Joseph did, lonesomeness like Moses, stripped of earthly royalty, a fugitive in the wilderness. What should I say about Ruth? She had to lose her husband, Esther had to compete with other women for the Kings heart, Jesus Christ our Lord for forty days and forty night, had to be hungry and tempted by Satan, the Samaritan woman had to experience heartbreak after heartbreak before she met the real deal – Christ Jesus our Savior.

To become who God created us to be from heaven’s perspective, some pruning must surely take place. Apostle Paul had to be blind for some days, dependent on others to show him the way. Imagine him, a leader, well read, champion of persecution, authoritative figure having to be led! What an humbling situation!!!

The situations and circumstances giving you heartaches are the road less traveled friends. These are what God is using to prune you so you can be fit for the purpose for which you were created. Those extra baggage tailing you had to be discarded. We hold unto things, pride, ego,  our ways, right, self righteousness, self sufficiency so much that we leave no room for the Spirit to work in us to will and to act as He intends, so God in His mercy send us to the school of life to learn, and learn we do when our back is to the wall, we just must look up.

When we come to the end of our rope in an instant with that thorn in the flesh that we cannot remove by ourselves, then we pray as Paul did. Usually, the thorns are the last place we think we will have an issue, the area of our strength – our strong suit, that very place is where we will be tempted so ferociously by the enemy to the point of weariness.

We must not be weary though, for God said in our weakness is His strength revealed. 2 Corinthians 12:But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 10 That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

We must constantly, I mean keep our eyes on our Savior, for if we do not, we may sink or be swept away by the tides. Let us keep our eyes on Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior for He alone can help us. We must seek His face with all our heart, leaning not on our own understanding, but His, with all our hearts, soul and body.

Lord Jesus, we thank you for your faithfulness, for never giving up on us. Thank you for loving us. Father we ask in Jesus mighty name, that you will hasten our stay in this wilderness, help us to learn, see, discard , uproot, plant, prune and all that need to be, in order for us to pass for the glory of your name. Oh Lord, let us not throw in the towel at the edge of our deliverance. Help us to stay the course and come out triumphant Lord. Let your peace never depart from us Lord. Envelop us in your mercy Most High God in Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen

Greatness Within You – Trust God

Yes you were! Yes! you and you!

Yes you were! Yes! you and you!

The seed of greatness lies deep within everyone. The light of God shining through by the help of the Holy Spirit bring it to our consciousness. The knowledge of who we are birth a yearning, so strong a desire to bring forth that which has laid dormant within us since the beginning of time. Remember friends, before the foundations of the earth was laid, God knew us.

Jeremiah 1:4-10

4 The word of the Lord came to me, saying,5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,

before you were born I set you apart;I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
6 “Alas, Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am too young.”

7 But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. 8 Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the Lord.

9 Then the Lord reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, “I have put my words in your mouth. 10 See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant.”

What are you waiting for friends, start flexing your muscles. Every baby steps should be towards your calling in life. You are here for a purpose. A grand purpose at that, it required Jesus Christ to step in and gave himself as a ransom when great grand dad and mom sinned in the garden of Eden. Do not let that precious blood be in vain. Rise up, strengthen the feeble hand and do something, anything that will align you with the design of heaven.

Greatness await you friends! Let go of everything and everyone that do not add value to your life. Ask God to show you what to do. He told Samuel in 1 Samuel 16:3 …..” I will show you what to do”. He still speaks and will speak to your situation if you would only listen and be obedient. Does it really matter what people will say or not say? Who cares? You? Then you are not yet ready to tap into the greatness within your reach, the greatness that God planted in your heart.

Stand with God, he will see you through. Trust God’s judgement, he knows way more than you could ever know and sees farther than you could. Jeremiah 32:19 Great are your purposes and mighty are your deeds. Your eyes are open to the ways of all mankind;……

The Lord that started a good thing in your life is able to complete it, he will perfect it, yield yourself, trust God and he will grant you the desires of your heart. Every of your action backed by faith in the written word of God shall prosper. Trust thou in the Lord ye children of the Most High God.
