Change! It start With You!

You cannot continue in sin that grace may abound- Roman 6:1.

We must not go into the new year with the same mindset that has not served us nor served humanity thus far! We must not continue with the same myopic thinking that has plagued us all these years!

You and I must change!

We must renew our minds – Romans 12:2! Our transformation can only happen when we become self aware and become honest about our beliefs, weaknesses, oversight, and shortcomings. Then we can remove logs from our eyes in other to help take the specks out of our neighbours!

Change your world one person at a time, starting from you! Yes YOU! And I!

Have this mind set as we walk into 2022, and expect a transformed you on a continuum of course! There will always be room for improvements!

Kindness Is A Virtue

Ephesians 4:29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. ³⁰And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. ³¹Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. ³²Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

One of the fruit of the spirit is kindness.

As a believer, transformed by the word of God. One of the evidence of your transformation is that you will begin to bear this fruit- Kindness. You either have it or not. You cannot fake it for it has a fragrance of it own.

Pray that Christ’s love, grace, and Word will take root downward in you and bear the fruit of kindness upwards in your heart.

Galatians 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, ²³gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. ²⁴Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. ²⁵Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. ²⁶Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.

Character Change! Reflecting Christ.

Character change is by the transforming power of the Holy Spirit in the inward man. If you are not seeing a change in you, you need to ask for the Holy Spirit to help you, and you must listen and follow direction daily as you spend time with the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.

Note that I did not say if others have not seen a change in you. The reason is that by our nature, we are deceptive and can fool anyone, but we cannot fool God, neither must we fool ourselves.

We do not have to be ostentatious, displaying what we think people want to see to impress them. That is falsehood, the presentation of counterfeit as an original. Many will see through, and others will be fooled. Fooling yourself however is the worst deception.

You must be true to yourself to grow and see the transformation you so desire. The Holy Spirit is your friend. Only Him can work in you to produce a transformation in the inward being. Philippians 2:13

Once you see transformation in you, it’s a matter of time, others will see the character of Christ exemplified in you, and the genuineness of your being will be evident to all.

An Encounter! A Vision!

An encounter with Jesus Christ is all you need to see vision – Acts 9:12. Saul had an encounter with Jesus on the way to Damascus. He prayed and saw a vision even before hands were laid on him by Ananias.

What a comfort this is!

Just a genuine encounter with Jesus, and you will never remain the same.

Acts 9:10 In Damascus there was a disciple named Ananias. The Lord called to him in a vision, “Ananias!”

“Yes, Lord,” he answered.

11 The Lord told him, “Go to the house of Judas on Straight Street and ask for a man from Tarsus named Saul, for he is praying. 12 In a vision he has seen a man named Ananias come and place his hands on him to restore his sight.”

13 “Lord,” Ananias answered, “I have heard many reports about this man and all the harm he has done to your holy people in Jerusalem.

Your life will change for the better. Your story will change. Your life will be transformed by an encounter with the Lord Jesus, with the person of the Holy Spirit.

Seek for a touch from God today. Pray for an encounter and be transformed.

Are You Good?

Mark 10:18-19 Why do you call me good? Jesus answered. No one is good – except God alone. You know the commandments:

Everything is summed up by your attitude, and behavior to others. How kind-hearted are you to the plight of others? How generous are you with what is yours? Your time and resources?

How easy is it for you to acknowledge something nice, and note worthy about another? Do you complement others goodwill?

The Simple things done on a daily basis, your actions and reactions tells of your “goodness”, a reflection of the fruit of the Spirit!

Take a look within, look up, and ask for help! Be transformed

You Are The Change!

You have to decide at which point you stop listening to naysayers starting with you!

That’s right!

That inner voice that speaks doubt and the outer voices drumming in your ears. Stop it!

Tune in to the voice of the Master that speaks calm, peace, progress, healing, recover, transformation and much

more!

Ignore the cynic and all!

You are being transformed into a thing of beauty in all ramifications to please God.

Your eyes are been enlightened to see and you are strengthened to do more, soaring to higher heights!

Trust the process, Rely on the Master!

Just An Encounter!

Saul was zealous for religion! He almost missed the mark until he had an encounter, a personal relationship with the power of resurrection Himself – Christ Jesus! Acts 9

You “Saints”, Bishop, Pastor, Reverend, Preacher, Evangelist – Title holders, followers of “GO’s, Pew members in Churches, Temples, Synagogues, etcetera! Have you had an encounter with the Prince of Peace Himself?

Do you really know the Lord? Do you know who you are “WORKING” for? Do you know what drives your zeal?

Stop where you are and ask for an encounter with The Power of Resurrection Himself!

You sure will not remain thesame!

You cannot have an encounter and still be thesame! It’s impossible!

An encounter with Jesus Christ brings transformation.

Not only to your bank account, relationship with others, and so on, but much more in your heart!

You become a new being! Continuously being transformed – 2 Corinthians 5:17
