Your Hands Are Not Empty! Believe Not The Lie!

Many a time, the enemy of our soul will come subtly through people, events, situations, and circumstances around us to direct our attention to that thing that seems not to be going on well in our lives.

We need to develop our minds by studying the Word of God, believing, and living by it such that a mile away we can detect the enemies lies and counter it with The Word we already have engraved on our hearts.

Watch what those around you are saying to you, over you, and what you are saying to yourself! Is it in line with what God is saying through His Word and His Holy Spirit that lives within you?

There you go! Be discerning!

You always have something in your hands, don’t believe the lie of the enemies!

God did not send you here empty handed! He put treasures in you!

May God open your inner eyes to see all the treasures that are yours this day I pray in Jesus mighty name. Amen

Unexpected Help! Defending Honor!

1 Chronicles 12:32 And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment.

You think too highly of yourself! Who do you think you are? Is it all about you? I am sure you must have heard such addressed to you, or to someone in your presence. You will hear more of such as you step out in faith and in obedience.

Never-underestimate-the-greatness-inside-of-me

Eliab, David’s older brother spoke accusatory to him also when he went to inquire about their welfare as instructed by their Father, Jesse. I Samuel 17:17 Now Jesse said to his son David, “Take this ephah of roasted grain and these ten loaves of bread for your brothers and hurry to their camp.18 Take along these ten cheeses to the commander of their unit. See how your brothers are and bring back some assurance from them.

In verse 28 When Eliab, David’s oldest brother, heard him speaking with the men, he burned with anger at him and asked, “Why have you come down here? And with whom did you leave those few sheep in the wilderness? I know how conceited you are and how wicked your heart is; you came down only to watch the battle.” 29 “Now what have I done?” said David. “Can’t I even speak?” 30 He then turned away to someone else and brought up the same matter, and the men answered him as before. 31 What David said was overheard and reported to Saul, and Saul sent for him.

unexpected

King Saul, anointed, with the whole army of Israel were afraid of Goliath. None could face him, rather, none attempted, none was willing to lay down his life to take away this reproach from Israel. These were men chosen for their strength, skill, and experience, yet they failed. They failed because of their unwillingness to make sacrifices.

Friends, can you see the similarity between this story and what is taking place in your community, state, province, and country? This cut across every nation. Officials are selected, chosen, and elected, into office with the hope that they will represent and fight for the need of the electorate. However, they get to the battlefield, and suddenly they are too scared to speak, be a voice for the voiceless, and champion the cause of the people.

Well, God always has alternatives! He is never short of vessels fit for his use. A David is coming, unannounced, unassuming, and unexpected. David did not look like it, I mean, he wasn’t even qualified as an armor bearer, horse whisperer, neither a cook. He was just not fit for coming out for war. Yet, the Almighty God brought Goliath down by his hands. He gave his honor, life, everything as sacrifice to restore honor to the armies of the Most High.

underestimateDavid did not think highly of himself, he just wanted to stand for God! Some of us are so self conscious of their own honor to speak the truth where it matters! May God not replace you and I, for the axe is already place!

The Goliath defying the armies of God is coming down. As it was, so is! God already spoke it, so shall it be. Therefor, friends, whatever Goliath represent in your life, note that its time is short. What will bring it down will not look like it, sound like it, feel like it, dress like it, drive like it, run like it in anyways, yet Goliath will come down!

Shalom! Shalom! Shalom!

Prophetic Blessing

You have treasure in this earthen vessels that Christ Jesus put in there before the foundation of the world was laid.

That treasure my friend is for this very moment. For creation waits for the manifestation of the Sons of God.

Pure Glory

by Apostle Gabriel Cross

Don’t shrink, discount, or belittle, what Jehovah supernaturally conceived within you, and graced you to be.

I pray the Holy Spirit surround you, like Mary and Elizabeth, with people who make your baby jump. Be loosed to love, value and honor, who you are in Christ. Be unlocked to new heavenly realms of God’s grace, ability, and great power. New dimensions and chapters of pure worship be your portion, in Yeshua’s name, today.

God’s Ways! Not Ours! But For Us!

2 Samuel 5:17 Now when the Philistines heard that they had anointed David king over Israel, all the Philistines went up to search for David. And David heard of it and went down to the stronghold. 18 The Philistines also went and deployed themselves in the Valley of Rephaim. 19 So David inquired of the Lord, saying, “Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You deliver them into my hand?”And the Lord said to David, “Go up, for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into your hand.”

likenGod20 So David went to Baal Perazim, and David defeated them there; and he said, “The Lord has broken through my enemies before me, like a breakthrough of water.” Therefore he called the name of that place Baal Perazim. 21 And they left their images there, and David and his men carried them away.

22 Then the Philistines went up once again and deployed themselves in the Valley of Rephaim. 23 Therefore David inquired of the Lord, and He said, “You shall not go up; circle around behind them, and come upon them in front of the mulberry trees. 24 And it shall be, when you hear the sound of marching in the tops of the mulberry trees, then you shall advance quickly. For then the Lord will go out before you to strike the camp of the Philistines.” 25 And David did so, as the Lord commanded him; and he drove back the Philistines from Geba as far as Gezer.

Friends, when you and I were ignorant of our status as beloved of God, tossed all about by life, the evil one gave us a free pass didn’t he?. We were not a threat to its reign of terror. Some of us had it very easy, everything fell into place for us. For some, it was a struggle still, however, now that you and I knows we are a royal priesthood, a royal diadem, God’s special people it seem all hell has broken loose. Everywhere we turn to there are attacks on almost every areas of life. The Philistines have gathered together against us- Philistines from all walks of life – family members, friends, Church family, workplace, even finances, health, and all seem to be conniving against us. Everything seems not to fall in place as it should naturally.

Please do know it is not the time to second guess yourself. Block out self pity and demonic taunt, and hold unto God’s promises. Your best friend should be every word that proceed from the mouth of the Lord. Seek God’s face while He may be found, I mean constantly for He said in Matthew 7:7 Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

David inquired of the Lord every time and always got an answer, he obeyed instructions from the Lord and got victory over the challenges facing him every time. Note also that sometimes the response to our request might not sound logical to us, still obey for He who promised or gave the word is faithful. How possible is it to “hear the sound of marching in the tops of the mulberry trees” Marching on a tree? It doesn’t make sense but David listened for the sound because the Lord told him to. How many times the Lord had given us instruction and we assume it was our thought for it was not logical, it doesn’t make sense, God can not give such a “dumb” instruction we explain away our disobedience.

The God who told David to go against them frontal is the same one on another occasion who told David to circle around from behind them. Don’t assume you know how God will solve the problems you place before Him. God’s ways are not ours my friend. Your helpers of destiny may come as a pain in your behind. Treasures are stored in earthen vessels for a reason, so that it is only the discerning that can locate it. Pearls are not meant for swines, they will not know what to do with it, pearls are to adorn the necks of royalty which you are my friends. Wait patiently on the Lord, do not let restlessness push you out of God’s perfect will and plan for your life.

The Lord is saying to you friends from Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’  11 “Behold, all those who were incensed against you, shall be ashamed and disgraced; they shall be as nothing, and those who strive with you shall perish. 12 You shall seek them and not find them— those who contended with you. Those who war against you shall be as nothing, as a nonexistent thing.13 For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’

The Lord is also saying to you today friends that He will break through the camp of your adversary before you like a breakthrough of water- I Samuel 5:20b. Just like the red sea opened up –Exodus 12:28 and swallowed all the armies of Egypt, the Lord will swallow up all the pursuers of your destiny – ogun aleni ma deyin. The forces arrayed against you partaking of the fullness of the provision of the Most High God for you shall be driven back by the arm that is not of mortals. You shall suck the juice from every fruit and eat the skin also for nothing shall be wasted. The Lord will rebuke the devourer of your resources – His provision for your life in Jesus name.

Fear not, be still and know that the Lord, He is God!

Shalom

Voice of Caution! Heed It!!!

obyKing David and Israel had been enjoying victory on every side. They have been succeeding. Satan was not too happy about this so he rose up against Israel by inciting King David to take a census of Israel. King David ordered Joab, Israel’s Chief of Army staff to take a census of the army. Joab – the voice of caution, reasoning, reminded David that Israel is the Lord’s, numbered or not. However, the Kings word overruled Joab’s and it cost Israel God’s favor and peace. God punished Israel. 1 Chronicles 21:1-15

In life we make decisions every second for variety of issue and situation that are logical, reasonable and sometime just impulsive. Regardless of what, why, how and when, there are consequence for every actions and reaction. We often find ourselves in situations that require more of us than we are naturally predisposed too. What do we do then?

We seek for help from trusted counselor, mentor and the likes. We also have the option of reaching out to a higher being by the Holy Spirit which is actually the best option. We could from the beginning enlist the Holy Spirit from inception to accompany us throughout the journey knowing any and many wrong turns will delay, mar, or hinder our purposes in life.

Like Joab with regards to King David, we might also have one or two subordinate that are fearful of disobeying God rather than please us. May we receive grace to hear the voice of caution when it speaks in Jesus name. King David did not listen and it cost Israel dearly. The King and Israel would have been worst off without the wisdom of Joab, who in disobedience to David, did not count the Levite. He did not fully carry out the instruction of King David, knowing it would displease God. How right Joab was! The godly give good advice to their friends, the wicked lead them astray – Proverb 12:26

What voice of caution have you been ignoring? What voice of caution are you working against to silence? Be cautious, it might save your very life? You see friends, our God works in mysterious ways. He uses the foolish things of this world to confound the wise. The seemingly irrelevant, inconspicuous thing, person, sight and so on might well be an instrument of caution, change and what not that God himself has given you for your good.

A gift not well wrapped or with unattractive covering does not change the value of the gift or the giver. Only he/she with discernment and the ability to see the invincible will be able to step back and think, reflecting on past and present to see the invincible hand of the Sovereign God unfolding treasures in earthen vessels for the greater good of all.

Dear Lord Jesus, I pray for grace for my friends and I to see the invincible, hear the inaudible and receive virtue from your very presence to be and do all that pleases you. May our very life give you pleasure Lord in Jesus mighty name. Lord Jesus, for some of my friends that are at a lost as to what next, step into their boat and give them direction and purpose, let their life count Lord in Jesus mighty name.

To my friends that have not yet made the decision to be Christ, would you draw near and invite Jesus into your heart, for God is not for the death of a sinner but for the forgiveness of their sins – Ezekiel 33:11. For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign Lord. Repent and  live- Ezekiel 18:23,32, John 3:16, Romans 5:12,6:23 . Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved – Acts 4:12

Jesus loves you dearly!!

Shalom!
