Just wondering how torturous it must have been for Jacob to wait for that seven years for Rachel, the love of his life without breaking rules and sinning against God! Genesis 29:15-30
Honestly, waiting and trusting God for the fulfillment of His promises requires an extraordinary level of grace and discipline that only His love and mercy can work in and through us.
May the Lord strengthen you and I with might by His spirit in our inner man so that Christ may dwell richly in our hearts through faith. Ephesians 3:16
Hold on friends, the vision is for an appointed time, wait for it, for it shall surely come to fulfillment.
I say again, wait for it!
Shalom! Shalom! Shalom!
Do not fret friends, everything will be alright! Just keep faith and hope alive in you. Trust that it will turn out for your good and work towards that good you expect! Shalom!
John 6:27 Do not work for food that perish, but for food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on Him God the Father has placed His seal of approval.
There is food that spoil- salvageable, perish – destroyed, and there is food that endures to eternity.
John 4:34 My food, said Jesus is to do the will of Him who sent me and to finish His work.
What then is the will of God? Why did God send Jesus into the world?
John 6:39 This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing but should raise it up at the last day. 40 And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise Him up at the last day.”
What then is the essence of our being? It is for us to live in the present to please Him who created us with the hope and preparedness of eternally living with Him in glory for eternity!
John 6:29 Jesus answered ” The work of God is this; to believe in the one He has sent.
