Defined And Known By Love

1 Corinthians 8:1 Now about food sacrificed to idols: We know that “We all possess knowledge.” But knowledge puffs up while love builds up. ²Those who think they know something do not yet know as they ought to know. ³But whoever loves God is known by God.

This pretty much tells us about the nature of love if you can see it from this perspective. Your love for God makes you known to God. It makes you known to others too. For the scriptures says by their fruits ye shall know them! Matthew 7:16-27

Matthew 7:16-20 By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thorn bushes, or figs from thistles? ¹⁷Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. ¹⁸A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. ¹⁹Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. ²⁰Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.

God knows who loves Him. We should also know who loves us. If a supposed representative of God bears no good fruits that you can see amongst all virtues then you must know such is not of God. Do not be deceived. False Christians abound! Don’t be one either!

It is time Christians begin to look at the fruits a tree is bearing. Talk is cheep! Action speaks louder! But when words are backed up by action, good or bad, you will know who is on the Lords side! We must be intentional in doing good! And for all! Not a selected few!

In our individual lives, we must take stock and weed out every greed, bitterness of Spirit, negativity, selfishness, and egocentrism most especially. Jesus Christ is our model! Be Christlike!

The story of the good Samaritan should teach each and everyone of us valuable lessons. It does no matter if the needy got themselves into their predicament, our duty as Christ’s beloved is to help. In the last 11 months or thereabout, how many of your Church member did you check upon man of God? How many did you send word of encouragement to woman of God? Christians should care for one another!

Love builds up! Love God, love yourself, and love others like yourself!

Love Reflect Christ

Time and time again the scriptures talks about loving God, and loving others as we love ourself. Truly, the mark of Christ upon your life is the love you have for His creation. Loving your wife, your husband, kids, siblings, parents, friends, and family is easy enough. But loving people you don’t even know and wishing for them good as you wish for your self is a step further and it can only be of God!

I must say that love is an anchor, for Christ Jesus is love himself. If you are a believer and you don’t give a shoot about anyone other than those closest to you, check yourself. You may be deceiving yourself and far from being Christ’s

Hebrews 6:19 We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain. This is Jesus and he is LOVE!

1 Corinthians 13:13And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. Love of God in your heart will get you through any difficulty. You will overcome and triumph over all kinds of evil with love.

Love one another! Only love can heal the wound! Only Love can heal the world!

By this the world will know that you are my disciple if you love one another. John 13:35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” Love for one another, not only for those in your household, but for those from without, and even the so called gentiles and children of perdition.

The chaos we see in establishments here and there including the Church is because of lack of love. Ego, selfish desires, and ambitions can never reflect Christ’s love, rather it reflect the flesh in its unbrokenness, which is of the devil.

Friends, I pray the Holy Spirit will help you and I in this last days to reflect on our walk with Christ and go back to the drawing board to ask for forgiveness and grace to love as Christ loves us.

John 15:12 My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.

Love Letter To You And I!

This is a love letter to you and I from Apostle Paul. It is also a reminder of how we were, where we were, where we left, where we are now, and how you and I should conduct and comport our self. Here it is.

It will do you a lot of good to commit these words into your heart. I pray that the Holy Spirit will help you and I to imbibe what brother Paul is saying here.

Dear brothers and Sisters In the Lord,

¹⁷So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking.

¹⁸They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts.

¹⁹Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, and they are full of greed.

²⁰That, however, is not the way of life you learned

²¹when you heard about Christ and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus.

²²You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires;

²³to be made new in the attitude of your minds; ²⁴and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

²⁵Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.

²⁸Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share with those in need.

²⁹Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

³⁰And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

³¹Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.

³²Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

This scripture and many more is what Satan has been using to perpetrate evil in Christianity.

We see pedophiles in ecclesiastical roles and do not speak out for far too long because we do not want to seem divided amongst ourselves.

The results are out there! A falling away due to “irreparable” brokenness.

Now in Africa people are tortured, exploited, killed, defrauded, manipulated against each other for evil and many are hushed to keep quiet!

Remember Jesus flogged the “crap” out of money changers in the temple!

If you are not speaking against the evil perpetrated, then you are a perpetrator! An accomplice! It is that simple!

And I know many “Holy” hands are soaked in innocent blood!

God sees!

Shame, reproach, and eternal damnation await all who refuses to repent!

Repentance is the only remedy for evil perpetrators and accomplices!

Repent today!

Daniel 3:13 to Daniel 4

It is ironic that we read the story of the three Hebrew boys refusing to bow before any other God other than Jehova and we celebrate them.

Come to the present, we label anyone taking a stand against evil, and worship of any human as rebellious and defiant. The present day believer has mastered the art of compromise to the extent of worshiping the created rather than the creator.

There will always be few brave ones with the Spirit of God like these Hebrew boys and Mordecai in the book of Esther that refuses to bow before strange gods come what may.

Nebuchadnezzar built a statue, some today have made gods of things and others. They will drop Holy things for you to pick up just to see you bow before them. Men and women reduced to “honoring” mere men, fearing them more than God Almighty Himself! Denying the scriptures but embracing the doctrine of man.

Any strange desire, and demand to be worshipped is not of God. It is a desire from the pit of Hell and should be resisted at all cost.

Anyone that has been elevated to gods in this life and are allowing others to worship them as gods be warned. It is a matter of time. Remember King Nebuchadnezzar!

You shall have no other gods before me. Exodus 20:3

You shall not worship any other God Exodus 34:14

I am the Lord your God, who brought you out if Egypt, out of the land of slavery. 7 You shall have no other gods before me. Deuteronomy 5

Who and what are you worshiping? …….

You can repent today. Worship the Lord your God and Him only shall you serve!

What A parent! A guardian! A Leader! An Influence!

Prelude: John the Baptist, the forerunner of Jesus Christ had finished his assignment and it is of necessity for him to be removed, he already pointed Jesus out and therefore no longer relevant. Woe though to him/her through whom John departed!

Mark 6:14 King Herod heard about this, for Jesus’ name had become well known. Some were saying, “John the Baptist has been raised from the dead, and that is why miraculous powers are at work in him.”¹⁵Others said, “He is Elijah.”And still others claimed, “He is a prophet, like one of the prophets of long ago.”¹⁶But when Herod heard this, he said, “John, whom I beheaded, has been raised from the dead!”¹⁷For Herod himself had given orders to have John arrested, and he had him bound and put in prison. He did this because of Herodias, his brother Philip’s wife, whom he had married.

Herod committed sacrilege, he violated the institution of marriage, he took his living brothers wife. If he were to be dead, no problem, but he was living, I mean, alive! And to cover up, Herodias did the unthinkable!

Well, fast forward to verse 21, the woman at the heart of this evil, Herodias, a willing participant, got the opportunity to silence John’s criticism so to speak, she instructed her daughter to request for Johns head! What a mother! A parent! A guardian! Mark 6:23-25

This I see many times over and over again, and the young ones involved are just a means to an end. An evil one!

Many a time when adult have issues and want to get at each other, their pain, hurt, and desire for vengeance blinds them to good judgement and they use their children, wards, and others they can influence to do their dirty job. Parents use their kids against each other, keeping kids away from one parent to inflict pain, teaching kids to lie, disrespect and all sort.

In Churches, congregations all over, the board, bishops, pastors, people in authority, when they have issue with someone, they instigate others, using them as pawn to malign, ostracize, spread rumor, and ill treat this particular person, family, group among others things.

This happens in politics too. Lately we all heard about the impeachment procedure or whatever it is called in the United States. Apparently, President Trump cut aid, withheld aid that had passed through congress approval from Ukraine to somehow force them to investigate his democratic opponent. Power does corrupt, and absolute power corrupt absolutely!

My message to young ones that may read this, do not let anyone influence you to disrespect, or ill treat another person, old or young. See, the adults/leaders are old enough to fight their own battles. Do not follow multitude to commit evil.

And to adults, parents, guardians, that have influence on young ones, teach them to stand up for what is right, just, and true. You have to stop using these children, wards as pawn, mortgaging their good conscience for your own evil satisfaction.

You young adult that you may have been influenced to disrespect the women in your Churches that your Pastors have a dispute with, you better repent now. These people are old enough to fight their battles by themselves. You must not start your life being a pawn. You are somehow blocking the good things from flowing seamlessly to you.

On this note I rest my case! Galatian 6:7 Do not be deceived; God cannot be mocked. A man(woman, parent, young adult, leader etc) reaps what he sows.

These were his instructions:”Take nothing for the journey except a staff- no bread, no bag, no money in your belts. Wear sandals but not an extra shirt. Whenever you enter a house, stay there until you leave that town. And if any place will not welcome you or listen to you, leave that place and shake the dust off you feet as a testimony against them.” Mark 6:8-11

Jesus sent the disciples out in twos without so much and AND THEY IMPACTED THE WORLD SO MUCH THAT YOU AND I, ARE READING AND STUDYING THEIR WORK, THOUSAND OF YEARS LATER. Verse 12: They went out and preached that people should repent. 13: They drove out many demons and anointed many sick people with oil and healed them.

Nowadays we have fleet of airplanes, Gucci suits, Rolex watches, mansions, gold and silver, large auditorium and all the fleeting things that have taken over this age, and yet demons stare us in the face at every service, the sick line up the aisle, people leave Churches and go home to commit suicide, accursed things are celebrated and evil sit at the gate!

Holy Spirit, enlighten us! Are you here as you were at the beginning? Is Joel 2:28 valid for us today? It was valid when Peter quoted it in Acts 2:17, for we saw the result! Why is the temperature and the beating of our hearts so low? Revive your people! Revive us oh Lord in Jesus name. Amen

We are not seeing the move of the Spirit as we should because the vessels are all together corrupt, everyone is seeking after self, building kingdoms on earth, and not the kingdom of God!

Jeremiah 5: “Go up and down the streets of Jerusalem, (put your locale here) look around and consider, search through her squares. If you can find but one person who deals honestly and seeks the truth, I will forgive this city. 2 Although they say, ‘As surely as the Lord lives, still they are swearing falsely.” 3 Lord, do not your eyes look for truth? You struck them, but they felt no pain; you crushed them, but they refused correction. They made their faces harder than stone and refused to repent. 4 I thought, “These are only the poor; (baby Christians if there ever was such. The laymen, those in the pews etc) they are foolish, for they do not know the way of the Lord, the requirements of their God. 5 So I will go to the leaders, (the Bishops, Reverend, Pastors, GO’s, Reverend Fathers etc) and speak to them; surely they know the way of the Lord, the requirements of their God.” But with one accord they too had broken off the yoke and torn off the bonds. 6…………. 7″Why should I forgive you? Your children have forsaken me and sworn by gods that are not gods. I supplied all their needs, yet they committed adultery and thronged to the houses of prostitutes.8 They are well-fed, lusty stallions, each neighing for another man’s wife. 9 Should I not punish them for this?” declares the Lord. “Should I not avenge myself.

We all should repent of our wicked ways, no exemption. From the top to the bottom, we have all backs-lidded, for how else can we explain what is going on in our congregation? How? With all the gadget, ease, and provision, The Church is not impacting her world!

Jeremiah 5: 30 ” A horrible and shocking thing has happened in the land: 31 The prophets prophesy lies, the priests rule by their own authority, and my people love it this way. But what will you do in the end?

What will you do? What will I do? I will pray and speak up. speak out about the truth that sets free!

Almighty, All Knowing, All Seeing, All Powerful God, have mercy on us the “poor”, and our “leaders”. Open our eyes to see the effect of our coldness to your will, the vacuum we have left for your enemy, Satan, to fill up. Rekindle your fire within us Lord, set our hearts ablaze, aright and in sync to your will I pray in Jesus mighty name. Amen

Selfless Love! Interceding!

Mark 2:4 Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus by digging through it and then lowered the mat the man was lying on. 5. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralyzed man, ” Son, your sins are forgiven.”

Oh friends, pray for the Lord to make you a friend, that will bring another’s matter before Jesus, even if you do not get to bring yours before him.

These friends have their own issues do you know? Of course, they do, for they are human, however, they put their issues aside to lower this man.

To lower down or up your friend before Jesus takes a lot of selfless love. It is this kind that can build up faith and transform lives as this man’s life was transformed. He became a reference point unto all eternity. And these gentlemen? They have crowns of gold and for sure their generation is still living even today.

This kind of love is not common, except bestowed by the Holy Spirit. May the Lord bestow such love on you and I in Jesus Christ mighty name. Amen

2019! He Gave Powers!

The Lord gives power to believers in order that we may have dominion over those things that have hitherto, exercised control over us.

The Lord gives power to get wealth in Deuteronomy 8:18

The Lord gave believers power in Luke 10:19 to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemies.

Matthew 9:6 says “but that you may know that the son of man has power to forgive sins”

Therefore, brethren, this year 2019 endeavour to forgive. Wedge the power to forgive just like you do the power to make wealth and trample on serpents and scorpions.

Forgive all those that had prayed for you to sink to the bottomless pit for rather you soared on eagles wings into 2019.

Forgive yourself for the mistakes, your ignorance, the ego trips, hypersensitivity to bull shit (bull shit Intolerance), sentimentality, narrow mindedness and all sort of ills that plagued you in 2018

Forgive all those with Jezebel’ s tongues gathering consensus against you for evil for the Lord Himself routed them and thier hands were not able to carry out their enterprise concerning you and yours. You triumphantly entered the year of the Lord 2019!!

2019 is here! You are here! Exercise the power of resurrection that lives in you. Let it strip off of you every and any garment that may want to keep you away from God’s best for this season.

You have the power of the Holy Spirit within you to help you navigate this unknown terrain all the way for your good, the good of others in your life, and ultimately for Christ greatest pleasure!

Discernment! Prevent Errors!

It’s time to start questioning what you hear about others, those words that were dropped in your ears that made you to “hate” on your brothers and sisters, those remarks that have affected your disposition towards them in a negative way!

There are many from the Synagogue of the Freedman, who could not, and cannot stand up against the wisdom the Spirit has given Stephen as he spoke, and you as you live your life as best you can. Acts 6:10

They have stirred up other people against one another. This causes factions in families, Churches, community, and even in nations. A little unwholesome fire kindling hatred and division.

Do not buy into the murky waters of deception friends!

Pray for eyes that sees and ears that hears what the Spirit says.

It wasn’t what Stephen has said or is saying! It is about that which the Lord has filled him with, God’s glory, His Holy Spirit, and power! They could see it, and it’s blinding their eyes!

They do not want to see themselves in the light of God radiating through Stephen!

“”””Now Stephen, full of grace (divine blessing, favor) and power, was doing great wonders and signs (attesting miracles) among the people.

However, some men from what was called the Synagogue of the Freedmen (freed Jewish slaves), both Cyrenians and Alexandrians, and some from Cilicia and [the province of] Asia, rose up and questioned and argued with Stephen.

But they were not able to successfully withstand and cope with the wisdom and the intelligence [and the power and inspiration] of the Spirit by whom he was speaking.

Then [to attack him another way] they secretly instructed men to say, “We have heard this man [Stephen] speak blasphemous (slanderous, sacrilegious, abusive) words against Moses and against God.”

And they provoked and incited the people, as well as the elders and the scribes, and they came up to Stephen and seized him and brought him before the Council (Sanhedrin, Jewish High Court).

They presented false witnesses who said, “This man never stops speaking against this holy place and the Law [of Moses]; for we have heard him say that this Jesus the Nazarene will tear down this place and will change the traditions and customs which Moses handed down to us.”

Then all those who were sitting in the Council, stared [intently] at him, and they saw that Stephen’s face was like the face of an angel.”””” ACTS 6:8‭-‬15 AMP

May the Lord deliver you from every evil alliance. May the eyes of your understanding be enlightened that you might see clearly and understand the underlying cause of what you behold, hear, and perceive! May you not fall into error of stoning the righteous- Stephen, Naboath, and permitting the witch – Jezebel, and tbose of the Synagogue of the Freedman to live!
