Acceptable Worship Of God

Matthew 6:24 “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money. Or worship any being. You must get rid of the idol in your life!

What is that thing/person that you regard, respect, and fear more than the living God? That is an idol! You cannot offer acceptable worship and praise to God with that idol before you. You must get rid of it! Cast down whatever exalt itself above Christ in your life.

You cannot serve both God and money. Or worship any being. You must get rid of the idol in your life! Then you will be able o offer acceptable praise unto the Lord!

2 Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. 18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.he

We must live by what we already know. Philippians 3:16

Love God, love other human beings like you love yourself. Be respectful and regard others as equal, not as less human! Only then can you really please God!

1 Peter 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

    Amen! We must worship God not only in words but how we live as well as Christians.
