Peace! Gift To You!

When you become indifferent to the injustice and ill treatment of others you are in allegiance with the conspirator. You are giving voice to the wickedness permeating the community. Your truth is tainted with evil, what an irony? Can we hold fire in our bosom and not be burnt. So is anyone that knows what is right to do and doeth it not. With such peace cannot reign no matter how you work hard to feign it. Like Elie Wiesel said, having survived holocaust, which I believe gives him credibility, for he knows in the real sense what peace feels like, Peace is our gift to each other.
Friends, I beseech you today to reach out and encourage someone, speak love where there is hate today, be an encourager, be a voice , touch a heart today. Share your peace with another. Bring calmness to an otherwise chaotic situation. Radiate joy, love, and kindness.
Elie-Wiesel-Quote
The opposite of love is not hate, it’s indifference
We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.
There may be times when we are powerless to prevent injustice, but there must never be a time when we fail to protest.
Friendship marks a life even more deeply than love. Love risks degenerating into obsession, friendship is never anything but sharing.
No human race is superior; no religious faith is inferior. All collective judgments are wrong. Only racists make them.
There are victories of the soul and spirit. Sometimes, even if you lose, you win.
When a person doesn’t have gratitude, something is missing in his or her humanity. A person can almost be defined by his or her attitude toward gratitude.
Wherever men and women are persecuted because of their race, religion, or political views, that place must – at that moment – become the center of the universe.
Because I remember, I despair. Because I remember, I have the duty to reject despair.
Peace is our gift to each other.
