Jeremiah 3:3 Therefore the showers have been withheld, And there has been no latter rain. You have had a harlot’s forehead; You refuse to be ashamed. The bible says that righteousness exalt a nation and sin is a reproach to it. The presence of Ahab in whatever form in our lives has prevented us from experiencing the Latter rain, however the Lord has purpose to help us according to His loving kindness, not that we deserve it less we boast thereof. This is the time of our favor friends! Psalms 102:13 You will arise and have mercy on Zion; For the time to favor her, Yes, the set time, has come.
We therefor must repent of all our sins and seek the face of the Lord with all our hearts in spirit and in truth. God has promised that if we seek Him with all our minds, we will find him. Let us therefore come close to the Lord so He can come close to us. Hosea 6:1 Come, and let us return to the Lord; For He has torn, but He will heal us; He has stricken, but He will bind us up. 2 After two days He will revive us; On the third day He will raise us up, That we may live in His sight. 3 Let us know, Let us pursue the knowledge of the Lord. Like the latter and former rain to the earth.

James 5:7 Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain. 8 You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.
