Sometimes when we read the scriptures to get insight we miss critical information that can and will transform our relationship, and ultimately our world.
It is a guarantee that offense will come. Luke 17:1. I get it that it’s not a relational sin that Christ is referring to here, however, the fact is we all can choose to forgive offenses.
We have the mind of Christ – 1 Corinthians 2:16, the mind that loves unconditional, right, it’s almost impossible to love if we do not know how to forgive eachother!
Lord, amongst so much choices, and free will you have given us, please help us to forgive offenses so that we can genuinely love unconditionally we pray in Jesus name.
Friends, let us exercise the power we have to forgive offenses. It will do us a whole lot of good, plus, it is the right thing to do.
May the grace of the Lord Jesus be with us all!
